STEP 1 ESTABLISHING THE KIGO CONNECTION TO BOOKING.COM Within Kigo, navigate to Channel Manager, Preferred Channels and select Connect with Booking.com. Please note: That does not mean you are connected yet to BDC! 2
STEP 2 EXISTING BOOKING.COM ACCOUNT Sign up link: https://join.booking.c om/index.html?lang= en-gb&aid=845931 + 30 properties- via master file with BDC Account Manager or Partner Support Centre assistance 3
STEP 2A BDC EXTRANET SETUP Start the set up of the connection in Booking.com Extranet (Classic or Plus) (https://admin.booking.com/hotel/hoteladmin/) 4

STEP 3 LINKING BOOKING.COM HOTELS TO KIGO PROPERTIES Where to find the mapping file: help.kigo.net and Your Client Success Manager * IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH FILLING IN THIS FILE, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER IN KIGO 8
STEP 4 WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO AFTER FILLING IN THE MAPPING FILE? Send the mapping file to support@kigo.net, including agency name and ID Kigo Support Team completes the mappings within 24-48 business hours Kigo Support Team will reply to PM and their Kigo Client Success Manager once the mapping has been completed and the connections confirmed in Provider Portal 9
FINAL STEP 1 VERY IMPORTANT LAST STEP FROM PM SIDE Click on I confirm the connection with provider Kigo 10
FINAL STEP 2 After several minutes, Kigo will start sending availability calendars and rates to Booking.com, completing the sync. As soon as they are pushed, the property can be put Open and Bookable. CONGRATULATIONS YOU ARE CONNECTED NOW! 11
LEGACY SYNCHRONIZATION PROCESS PM asks for the connection of a property from his BDC extranet Kigo receives the connection request and connects the property to the PM Kigo account (with the Kigo Agency ID) 12

PM does the mapping in his Kigo account, and sends his setup to Kigo 14
Kigo receives a notification and verifies the setup before confirming the connection to BDC The PM receives an email with a direct link to his BDC extranet and confirms the connection Finally Kigo receives another email and puts the property LIVE Main difference in sync procedure between KL and Kigo 2.0? Legacy- PMs complete the mapping themselves inside the platform Kigo 2.0- PMs complete a mapping file (Excel) and send it to Kigo Product Support team to do the final mapping 15
