Dear Friend: B H Here are 7 things we think you should know about us and our Jewish community: 1. 98% of the people you will meet at Chabad are not Orthodox. There are Jews from all backgrounds and walks of life who come here for many different reasons. 2. Yes, we would love to have you as part of our community but membership is never required to attend any of our services or participate in any of our programs. 3. We are a friendly congregation and would like you to think of Chabad of Randolph as your second home. Our community is like family. 4. Our services are spoken in English and Hebrew with transliteration they are uplifting, soulful, and you won t have trouble following along. 5. My wife Chava and I love being Jewish. We are co-directors here and will teach you anything you'd like to know about Judaism. That's why we're here. 6. We love to be happy, smile, and keep things simple. It s a Chasidic thing... 7. Yes, I have a beard and Chava wears long skirts, but don't let that keep you away. We have our style and you are free to have yours! If you are searching for a Jewish community and these things resonate with you, we may just be the right fit for you and your family. We hope to see you soon. Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy 5777 filled with a lot of joy and peace! Sincerely, Rabbi Avraham & Chava Bekhor

Imagine a place where... Every Jew, from the unaffiliated to the most learned, could feel at home. Men and women could explore their heritage; where our culture and traditions are treasured. Children could develop their Jewish identities in a positive atmosphere and where parents could learn how to transmit the beauty of Judaism to the next generation. Jewish people from all walks of life come together to share and inspire, and see themselves as active participants in the unfolding of their people s destiny. Learning and laughter, sacred and secular, spiritual and physical all come together in an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance. You have just imagined Chabad of Randolph, a place where Judaism comes vibrantly alive! Who We Are Rabbi Avraham Bekhor, a native of Italy, and Mrs. Chava Bekhor, a third generation involved in the Randolph community, are dedicated to raising Jewish awareness and have one simple goal: to create a spiritual oasis for all of our families. With over 3,500 Chabad Centers worldwide, thousands of men, women, and children around the globe experience the joy of Jewish life every day. From Shanghai to Kishinev, from Alaska to Zaire, Chabad s foremost objective is to bring joy and celebration of Judaism to each and every Jew. Chabad of Randolph is committed to this cause right here in our community.
