From the Diaries of Josephites. In The Changing Era In the thorpes, it was an amazing day, On the streets canopy covering the whole way; On the ground those shaded leaves lie, And that mammoth tree touching the sky; Blossoms around the tubewell, My whole mindset towards them dwell; Those leaves with tree scouting the sun, At the sacredpearly dawn; After long time, I went to that same place; but Now, on the ground the deadly birds feathers lie, And the tower covering the sky. - Srushty Soni, XI A Dream among Nightmares I saw a dream among nightmares It was a lap always ready to carry me,

It was finger that always lead me, I saw a dream among nightmares He was my father, my strength. I saw a dream among nightmares The shoulders that stood by me, The eyes that have shown me the light, I saw a ream among nightmares He was my father, my strength. -Abhishree Poddar, IX Events Street Play Classes VI-VIII Classes VI-XII Web Page Designing

SCARS What s the thing about Scars, they don t heal. Wounds do Scars just fade away, no matter how much they fade They are always there, reminding you of the stronger version of you Keep going, things get better You don t have to harm yourself to make the pain go number He battles you fought, the wars you won The aches were in thousands but the heart was one Write it, say it to express what you feel Cause sometimes when you drown in it, that s when you finally breathe. Give me something to read, LET ME Something not to ponder over -Nudrat Zia Khan, XI

But just to feel Let me wander over the clouds, Just like a pretty unicorn does With extreme pride Give me glitters to shine, not the Brightest one, but at least fine Let me rove where I truly want to rove, May or may not earn me profits, But certainly do present me A peaceful dove Give me a lamp twittering, So that I may see the divine night twinkling Let me be lost in a garden of colorful Flowers and vines, for me Once upon a time is the finest time. -Sarthak Singh, IX

THE NEWS Two incredible shoes, Two incredible shoes, That s the news. When it rains They walk the drains. They glow in the snow, They grizzle in the drizzle. They sneeze in a breeze. They go soggy when it is foggy. -Siddham Pal, IX uugsa ls gkfk ysdj ydhjsa geus cuk;h Fkh] fdler us gesa ugha geus viuh fdler cuk;h Fkh A leqnz ls ym+dj] vkleku dks phjdj tehu dks QkM+dj] viuh lhek geus vius vki gh cuk;h FkhA va/ksjks dks fnikdj] lwjt dsk ykdj pkan dks vk py es anqikdj]

The way to go somewhere was my bicycle, And giving my performance in annual functions as if I am the only Michael. Playing passing the pass with Tiffin's in free lecture, and less marks in test led to heart fracture

No one was apart, all of us were friends, never imagined life can even have bends. Leaving the best part of life, we entered in college, lot of boasting and we gain less knowledge. Our class was the best example, If asked, what is unity" Praying that once all come back Wight. A lot of hands in a single lunch box, Everything was open without any locks. But the truth is that now the time has just passed... The school life has ran out so fast. Today I have lot many dresses but Still miss the school uniform, It was the best part which is now gone, All my life, I would always remember my school life, But now these moments are just cherishable dreams in every night...

- Harpreet Kaur, XII Music my life Music is said to be divine language and this is the only reason or force that orders every un-orderly and softens every hard heart. It is an unseen spirit which has filled earth as a cover. The reach of this cover is so wide, that there are no hearts found untouched, there are no spirits found undipped in the ocean of music. The spread of music is so wide that every phenomenon in the creation is musical. Every person who silences his heart dips into the divine music, sang by nature. MEDICINE heals the body, MUSIC heals the soul. To my life, music has brought divinity and calm. Deep down in my heart, a tree of joy has blossomed. I share its musical fragrance to all who come in my contact. MUSIC completes me in a way that no one ever will. It saves me every day, gives me life purpose, and defines who I am. My music will tell you a lot about me than my mouth ever could.

I am so thankful to have music in my life. Thank you music, for shaping me who I am, giving me strength when I had none, helping me, express my feelings when I have no words, and just getting me through everyday. It is my soul, my life, my existence MUSIC IS MY FIRST AND ONLY LOVE -Hanshika Bhatia, IX MAKE IT GREEN Lives are crying because it s not clean, Earth is dying because it s not green.. Earth is our dear mother, don t pollute it, she gives us food and shelter, just salute it.. With global warming, it s danger, Let s save it by becoming a strong ranger. With dying trees and animals, it s in sorrow, Make green today and green tomorrow. With melting snow, one day it will sink,

How can we save it, just think.. Trees are precious, preserve them, Water is a treasure, reserve it Grow more trees, make mother earth green, Reduce pollution and make her a queen. - Isha Chopra, IX
