1875 Gold Hill Road Fort Mill, SC 29708 To be a praying church that EXALTS His name in worship, EQUIPS His church for spiritual growth, and ENGAGES His world through local and global missions. Volume 21 March 2017 Number 03 Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. Mark 15:16 Starting Wednesday March 22 Six Consecutive Weeks 6:30-8:30pm - East Wing Classroom Evangelism is an important responsibility for every Christian. If you re a Christian, then, by definition, you are a missionary! God has instructed all of us to share the truth of Jesus Christ to people in our lives. And yet many Christians have never done so. I used to be one of them. I wanted to share Christ but was too scared. The primary thing that helped me overcome my fear was practice. Like with most things in life, doing something for the first time is scary. What if I mess up? What if I don t do it right? What if people laugh at me? And so we never take that first step, we never even try because of a fear of failure. But what if you could take that first golf swing, give that first speech, or try that first dance move in a room full of caring and supportive people who wanted to see you succeed, many of whom are as nervous as you are! That s the type of atmosphere we try to create in Evangelism Explosion (EE). This will be the last time I teach EE at our church, so don t miss this opportunity! This class is for those who ve taken EE already and for those who are brand new. It s an excellent opportunity to learn how to share the Gospel by practicing it with fellow Christians who are also learning. And, when you re comfortable to do so, you can go out with someone more experienced and watch them share the Gospel. Attending this class maybe the first step of faith towards leading many people to Christ! Pastor Adam

Serving through the North American Mission Board - Adopt this family for March (missionaries) Dennis and Marcia Hansen, 3502 N. Hunters Ln., Appleton, WI 54913 dr.dennishansen@gmail.com Dennis Hansen is a church planting catalyst serving in Wisconsin. Pray for laborers into this field where God is opening a door to reach the First Nation Anishanaabi people group located in upper Midwest and central Canada. We need partners as these church plants remain smaller among this population (mostly reservations and small towns) of unreached peoples here in North America. Pray for everything needed for a church plant in Wausau, Wis. This north central shopping city is strategic in reaching this region. We need strong financial, prayer and missions partnership support to make sure this becomes a regional church planting center. (Send a card of encouragement as well as letting them know you are praying for them) Serving Our Neighbors is a ministry supported by Tega Cay Baptist throughout the year. For the month of March, the items needed for the pantry are pasta and sports drinks. You can bring the items requested and place in the SON s food pantry which is located at the back of the Worship Center (Room 1). Thank you for your willingness to share with others.

Honduras Yard Sale - May 14-20, 2017 It is time to start gathering all the items you would like to donate to the annual Honduras Yard Sale.
