The Paper Reference is 40554. Answer four questions. Each question has five parts. Do all rough work in your answer book. Cross through any work that you do not want to be marked. 2 Answer four questions. There are 18 marks for each question. Each question has five parts. Answer all five parts of each question chosen. Question 1 The Existence of God Look at the drawings below and read the words in the speech bubbles. 0 1 Explain the argument from morality for God s existence. 0 2 Give two reasons why some people disagree with the argument from morality. 6 Question 5 Miracles Look at the photographs below and read the words in the boxes. Many people believe that a statue of Ganesha drank milk. Many people believe that this statue of Mary, the mother of Jesus, weeps tears of blood. 2 1 Explain briefly why some people might say that events like those given above are not miracles. (2 marks) 2 2 Explain why many religious people believe that miracles do happen. 2 3 It is not important for religious people to believe in miracles. 2 4 Explain why David Hume thought that miracles were impossible.
