Manages recruitment, orientation and supervision of catechetical personnel. 5. Provides opportunities for formation and education of catechists leading to adrhdiocesan certification. 6. Collaborates with Pastor/Pastoral Coordinator, members of parish staff and Education Commission and Religious Education Advisory Group integrating area of responsibility with the overall parish endeavor. 7. Oversees preparation and celebration of sacraments. 8. Relates to cluster, deanery, vicariate, archdiocesan and ecumenical structure as appropriate.
