Greetings give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. 1Thessalonians 5:18 (NRSV) Supervisor Penny and I are eternally grateful and thankful to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for the opportunity to serve the Sizzling, Sensational Sixteenth and the Exciting, Exhilarating Eighteenth Episcopal Districts. We are the richer by God s grace and mercy that we have been giving the opportunity to cross the Atlanta Ocean and the Caribbean Islands for the past four years. Once again I am humble and thankful to the Council of Bishops for the opportunity to serve as the Bishop of the 16th District after the demise of our beloved Colleague Bishop Sarah Frances Taylor Davis. We are certain that she is rejoicing from the balcony of glory, praying and praising God in her new home in Heaven. A word of gratitude and thanks to the Presiding Elders, Pastors, WMS, YPDérs, the laity and the entire constitutes of the 16th and 18th Episcopal Districts for your prayers, support and faith in our leadership to make a difference and to be the difference in the work of God. We have started new Churches, purchased a new Episcopal Residence, assisted in building churches, completed the restoration of Churches in Haiti, Grenada, Jamaica. We continue to keep the doors of Selulasandla Vashi and M Joan Cousin open. We have venture in building 8 apartment and offices in Lesotho which is under construction at this very moment to be completed by August, 2016. This joint venture will provide revenue for the 18th District. Last but by no mean least the James Center now has a flow of revenue annually of M60,000.00 from Econet of Lesotho. We are excited to present to the Episcopal Committee and members of the 50th Quadrennial Session of the General Conference our stewardship for the past four years. To God be the glory for the great things he has done I am infinitely grateful to my colleagues in the Episcopacy, pastors, and loyal lay people across the Church for your financial support and words of encouragements during the past four years. Because of each of you we have enhance the work in the 16th and 18th Episcopal Districts. The Lord s name be praised.
