View profile, More options May 17, 2:23 pm What I posted was far from negative. If a FREE parking garage is in the best interests of WW residents, and the campaign promise was more than vapor, it is something that should happen regardless of the outcome of the election. Charlie's campaign hinged heavily on this FREE garage/parking and I was wondering if this is something that will see the light of day or was a "good only if I am elected" promise. Not negative but inquisitive. Well, maybe only about as negative as your post regarding a 0% tax increase.
