C O M Volume 9 Issue Date: Februar y 28, 2016 We will soon celebrate the selection of Sister Detria McCallum as our Church Woman of the Year at our upcoming Margaret Wise Goodman Luncheon. Being honored at the luncheon also are; Sister Desiree Chapman, Sister Karen Perry-Gundy, Sister Michele House and Sister Frances West. Our youth awardees are Sister Samira Chapman and Sister Katelyn Faye. The luncheon will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 12 Noon at The Fiesta, 255 Route 17 South, Wood Ridge, NJ 07075. These individuals were selected to be honored because of their hard work and dedication to this church. Please, show them your love and appreciation by purchasing a journal ad as well as a ticket to the luncheon. Donations for the luncheon are $50.00 for adults and $20.00 for children 12 and under. Journal Ads range in price from $60.00 for a full page to $30.00 for a quarter of a page. Tickets and Journal Ads will go on sale Sunday, March 6, 2016 immediately following the 10:30AM worship service. Please see the members of the Women s Fellowship Journal and Ticket Committees in the Social Hall immediately following the service to place your journal ad or to purchase your ticket. This year the journal will be published by an outside printer. Therefore, we must adhere to a strict deadline for submission of journal ads. The cutoff date for submitting a journal ad is Sunday, March 27, 2016. Don t be left out get your journal ads in on time.
