Lenten Program: Orthodox Way of Love The teachings of Saint Porphyrios in Wounded by Love To begin this series of reflections on the teachings of Saint Palamas we have invited Abbess Paulina from the Paracletos Greek Orthodox Monastery to share with us some of her personal encounters with this most recent Saint. This special talk will be in Greek but translated in English by Sister Mariam. It is rare for the Abbess to venture from the monastery so make an effort to come to this first session even if you are not able to attend the following weekly discussions. She brings a deep spirituality as well as highly educated and well-read mind. Her experiences will give you a sense of the special nature of this new saint and his extraordinary powers. Following this first session we will meet weekly on Monday nights to discuss the teachings of Saint Porphyrios on the Orthodox Way of Love as recorded in the book, Wounded by Love. Set aside your Monday evenings during Great Lent 6-7pm to participate in these interactive reflections. Abbess Pavlina will speak on Monday, February 5th at 6:00pm in the lower level of
