Foreword Islamic Finance Industry (IFI), since its takeoff, has been rejoicing an ever growing admiration by the specialists, researchers and educational institutions for enhancing its tools to escort the rapid growth of economies, and to device the solutions and opportunities for catering the economical needs with due consideration of contemporary approach and tools. We firmly believe in the need of knowledge capacity building and shaping a generation to carry forward the voyage of this noble industry while implementing its principles in their socio-economic behavior, manifesting Allah s commandment And it is not for the believers to go forth [to battle] all at once. For there should separate from every division of them a group [remaining] to obtain understanding in the religion and warn their people when they return to them that they might be cautious. [At-Tawbah :122]. Therefore in order to strike the balance between two pillars of the industry i.e., Human Capital and Well Established Capacity Building in Contemporary Context this conference, in its fourth version, is blending the contemporary issues with the financial challenges to propose some projects and initiatives which can contribute to the development of Islamic economics, in general. It also aims at pondering upon the outstanding contemporary challenges while devising the useful remedies and beneficial innovations by inviting the Shari ah scholars, professional peers and recognized regulatory experts all the foregoing, ultimately for promoting Islamic Finance industry as well as to cope with the contemporary trends. Hoping the accordance and success from Allah
