The Wnter Park Chamber of Commerce undertakes to provde homes, apartments, rooms, road maps and travelng nformaton to all who nqure. Letters are receved from ever part of the Unted States and some foregn countres, and the are all answered, not b a read-made prnted letter, but n such a wa that t' s p-pebonal affar and the recpent becomes a frend. Man hundreds of letters were sent out ths season and to date 120 famles and numerous ndvduals have come n response to ths courtes. Fles are kept from regstraton and from electrc lght and telephone lsts, thus vstors can fnd frends located here. The home-lke bungalow, next to Ct Hall, buzzes wth actvt nearl all of the 24 hours. Vstors meet frends, pla games, wrte letters and make general use of the rooms. The; Vstors Club has outgrown the buldng so holds ts meetngs at the Woman's Club' each Frda evenng at eght o'clock, where musc, cards, dancng and other entertanments are held. A game room has just been added to the man buldng of the Chamber, closed off b glass doors so that an busness beng held elsewhere wll not be nterrupted. The man buldng s used for meetngs of Kwans, Welfare Assocaton, Brd Club, Boat Club, Communt Chorus, and man other groups. n fact the Chamber of Commerce s a clearng house for all cvc projects, beng non-poltcal and workng for the general welfare of Wnter Park. Tenns courts and shuffleboard alles surround the buldng and comfortable chars and benches are abundant.
