We have a variety of activities planned for youth in Grades 6 thru 12 that will provide spiritual, social, and service opportunities for all the teenagers of our parish community. As in the past year, Middle and High School Youth Groups will meet together on the first Sunday of the month. This will allow the youth of our parish to get to know one another, plan service and social projects together, and learn together. During in-depth discussions, we will break into two groups to meet the unique needs of each particular age group. So, the Middle School Youth Ministry Program for students in Grades 6-8 will meet in the Parish Center from 10:30-11:45 on the First and Third Sundays of each month with their coordinator, Renie Prengaman. Whereas, the High School Youth Ministry Program for teens in Grades 9-12 will meet in the Parish Center from 10:30-11:45 on the First and Second Sundays of each month with their coordinator, Michelle Ruby. Please look over the enclosed calendar listing all the gatherings and special events for this year. On Sunday, September 17, 2017 our parish will celebrate the kick-off of this year s Faith Formation and Youth Ministry Programs in the Parish Center following the 9:30 a.m. Mass. We will begin with the Blessings of the Backpacks and provide information on the exciting programs we have planned for this year. Please plan to attend with your teen. Please complete all registration forms and return on September 17. Remember that the only way we can really live the faith is by developing it, passing it on and allowing it to grow.
