Upcoming Meetings Deacon s Meeting November 7th @7:00pm Arlington News and Events Church family there is a :Get to Know Each Other sign-up sheet on the table in the hall by the Church offices. If you would like to have Pastor Mike visit you in your home please sign-up. The Church office will notify you to schedule a time. The former Pastor Search Committee is sponsoring an An Old Fashioned Pounding for Mike, Stacie, and Elise Stamper. Now that they are moving into their new house, they will need some items to restock their kitchen/pantry. If you would like to be a part of this, please bring basic staple items on Today, November 5, 2017. Or, you may prefer to get a grocery store gift card and that way they can purchase perishable items as needed. We will be collecting these items in the Fellowship Hall at 9:00-10:00, 10:30-11:00, right after morning worship service, and 5:15-6:00. Monday, November 13th at 6:45pm Arlington Baptist Church will host the N.C. Baptist Singers & Orchestra in concert. They will be presenting By His Love. Please come out and support this ministry of music. Come early as seating will be limited! Thursday, November 16th at 11:30 am is the Senior Adult Thanksgiving Lunch in the FH. Special Entertainment. Cost is $5.00 per person. Tickets go on sale today thru Nov. 12th. Arlington News and Events ABC Toy Store Christmas is right around the corner and we are in need of Toys for our Toy Store. The families we support have children ranging from birth ages 14. Donations of new toys and gently used bikes are welcome!! You can place donations outside the Adult SS wing under the Christmas tree. November W.O.M Notes: Nov. 5th W.O.M. The funds will be used to purchase equipment, replace, or upgrade, to enhance the value of our property. We are thankful that a donation has already been made to this fund. This fund is open to donations at any time. Thank you for bringing your aluminum cans in for our Baptist Men's project. We now have an emergency need because of the recent hurricanes. All money we get by selling these cans will go to N..C. Baptist Men Disaster teams to help the people affected by these hurricanes. Please bring every Aluminum can you can to help this cause. (make sure your bags are tied up when you bring them) Thank you for your help.
