VISION, MISSION and VALUES The training of students as leaders, ministers and church planters - inspired, empowered and led by the Holy Spirit to establish a loving, Word-based Kingdom community and become passionate doers of the Word of God. Living Word Bible College is based on the following values: 1. Love and Grace 4. Respect 2. Unity 5. Servanthood 3. Commitment 6. Integrity BIBLE COLLEGE LEADERSHIP Nevil Norden Senior Pastor John Grobler Pastor / Head of the Bible College Werner van der Walt joined the leadership team in 2013
STATEMENT OF FAITH WE BELIEVE: The Bible is the inspired, inerrant, infallible and authoritative Word of God. There is one God, eternally present in three persons: God the Father, God the Son (the Lord Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit. In the Deity of the Lord Jesus, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His substitutive and reconciling death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to sit at the right hand of God the Father, His return with power and glory. The only means of freedom from sin is through repentance and faith in the complete work of Jesus Christ. The regeneration through the Holy Spirit is absolutely necessary for personal salvation and eternal life. The redeeming work of Christ on the cross provides healing for the human body. In the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the speaking of other tongues. In the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, whose presence enables the Christian to live a holy life. In the resurrection of the just and unjust, the one to eternal life and the other to eternal damnation. A MOTIVATIONAL THOUGHT And he went up to Baal-perazim, and David struck them down there. And David said, "God has broken through my enemies by my hand, like a bursting flood." Therefore the name of that place is called Baal-perazim (1 Chronicles 14:11) Nevil Norden Baal-Perazim means the Lord of breakthrough because David sought God s way in his life and received it from God. David gave God the honour because God had given him breakthrough. This life has its fights. You have to know the Word of God so that the Word, which is your sword, can be ready in your mouth and in your heart. You will then find that the Lord of breakthrough will always move before you. Enjoy, through the Word and through the Spirit, a daily love experience with the Lord of breakthrough!
