This guideline is to be distributed to all Participants, Parents, Teachers, Principals, CWC Center Test Supervisors, Evaluators and all other parties involved with 2013 CWC. It is important for them to understand the requirements and how they are evaluated. A general guideline with further details of the actual competition timeline and procedures will be sent in a separate e-mail, and all the officials involved, including the Vicars and Principals, shall read and familiarize themselves with it prior to the competition. Let us pray that this year s competition will be a time for us to encourage our children to develop and use their talents for the glory of God. May we work together in the spirit of unity and love to make this year s centralized written competitions a blessed one for our diocese.
