Enter Soi 71 of Ram Inthra Then turn left on Soi 27 sub soi of 71 This road goes all the way in and then it comes to a T junction where you turn right and after about 100 yards you go past a local talaat (market) and its the 2nd right turn immeidately after the Talaat. Posted by Sanjay - 2007/03/12 11:13 Hi, I am so happy that you felt good after visiting the temple and like the spirit in you to assist others making that religious visit. Best time to get there is just before sun set so one can admire the GOLDEN Surya Dev shining on Lord Shiva and then observe the evening lighting. Its great for picnics as well. Jai Aum Namah Shivai! The best time to visit is in the evening 5.30 pm coz u can see the sun setting on the gigantic Lord Shiva statue and view it in day light as well as artificial light. Perfect place for a family outdoor. The address tho is sub soi 27 off soi 71 Ram Inthra. Post edited by: Hindustani, at: 2007/05/09 16:40
Posted by Magesh - 2007/05/11 15:30 Hello Sanjay, Thanks for your info.will visit by coming week. Posted by Sanjay - 2007/05/11 15:52 Its a pleasure to be of service to Shiv Bhaktas. Once finished this temple may claim to be a supremo amongst Sri Sri Shiv temples. Whats special here is that most Lord Shiva temples that i have been to were not kept clean in fact had lots of water with mud on floor everywhere from Pashupatinath ji in Kathmandu to Sri Sri Vishwanath ji in Varanasi. No que's no pundits to hassle you and a breath taking view when sun sets shinning Sri Surya devs Golden Kirans (Ray's)on Lord Shiva is like a Surya kiran abhsihek itself. I suggest a Thai Indian meet there itself with full family on one of the weekends organising Maha Prashad. Aum Namah Shivai! Aum Namoh Shiva Posted by Priyanka - 2007/06/15 09:59 hey Guys, i am planning to go tomorrow with my family, please tell me where is Ramindira Road? or can anybody tell me the directions to ramindira from sukhumvit or pratunam or silom? i stay in sukhumvit soi 1. i will drive to the temple..so wanna know the directions. Posted by hvsingh74-2007/06/15 15:36 Drive from Skhumvit Soi 1 to Ekkamai, Before BTS Ekkamai there is a left turn to go inside Ekkamai. After take the turn just go straight. At the end of Ekkamai you will see the big Red Light signal, just cross the red light. After cross the red light you will see one highway. You can go by normal way and also by Highway. It will cost to just 20 baht. This highway end to the Ram Inthra Road, after get down to highway stay right side and you will see the one fly over to take right turn so after take right tern just go straight. After 4 KM you will see one more fly over to cross the red light. You don't need to cross the fly over because you have to take left turn to enter Ram Inthra Soi 71. If you don't understand you can reach me at 08-639 24235. I am living with my family at this soi.
Posted by Hindustani - 2007/06/16 17:13 Hi Priyanka, Go on the expressway from soi 1 the one to go to the old airport. Then go towards Rama 9 Rd and then follow the board to RamIndra get off the expressway at Ram Indra exit as soon as you get off you see a flyover go on it when you get off you the flyover will be on Ram Indra Rd (the road to Safari Park)then look for Ram Indra soi 71(its on a big junction traffic light)once in the soi then look for sub soi 27. In sub soi 27 look for a big 7/11 store immdtly after that is a board saying SHIVA Temple on your left or you can ask anybody there they would know. Have a nice time :) Posted by Priyanka - 2007/06/19 08:37 Thanks a ton to both of you, we had plans to go this weekend but my son got high fever because of cold and cough, will plan next week.
