God s Spoken Word is A Powerful, Dynamic Force (1/14/2011) Death and life are in the power of our tongue; (Proverbs 18:21). Watch your words, because they bring you victory, or they give you defeat. Then we must forgive offenses and trespasses; (Mark11:25-26.). Then, we can walk in love. A Compact Summery of: Job 22:21-28: Acquaint thyself with the Lord; (V-21). Hear His Word; (V-22). Return to the Almighty; (V-23). Then we shall lay up gold as dust; (V-24). God is thy defense; (V-25). Lift thy face to God; (V-26). Pray to God, He will hear you; Then, pay thy vows; (V-27). Decree a thing; it shall be established; (V-28). (Read this daily, until it registers in your heart). Trust God for perfect peace: Thou will keep him in perfect peace whose mind stays on thee, because he trusts in thee; (Isa. 26:3). (That is peace & rest!) God s powerful Law in Isaiah 46:9: Remember former things of old: for I am God; there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, V-10: Declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times, things that are not yet done, saying: My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure: V-11-B: Yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it. (So trust God because He loves you with an everlasting love!) God calls former things from the beginning. He says in Isaiah: I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth, and I showed them; I did them suddenly and they came to pass; (Isaiah 48:3). (We too can call things that are not, as though they are already so, as following God s method is a perfect example for our continual success). God chose us in the furnace of afflictions, so in our afflictions we must seek God for answers, and then, He will refine us. Isaiah says, Behold, I have refined thee but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction ; (Isa.48:10). (Suffering humbles us; it seems to always bring us closer to God).
To profit and gain peace as a river by Isaiah 48, says Thus says the Lord, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God which teaches thee to profit, which leads thee by the way that thou should go; (V-17). O that thou had hearkened to my commandments! Then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as waves of the sea; (Isaiah 48:18). (God will bless His obedient children with peace and lead them in the right way.) So follow Abraham s example if you want change. By Romans:..Being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb; (Ro. 4:19). By Rom-20: He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; V-21: And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. V-22:.:...therefore it was imputed to him as righteousness. (Let s be fully persuaded in our promises). V-23: Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him; V-24: But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead. (We must believe God s promises.) Abraham, is father of nations calls things that are not as though they were so: As is written, I have made thee a father of many nations, before him whom he believed, even God, who quickens the dead, and calls the things which be not as if they were so; (Rom 4:17). (If we want a change, then we too, must call the change we desire, as if it is so, and thank God for it every time we pray.) God & Abraham s kind of faith calls things not, as if they re so! Mark 11:22,...Jesus answering said to them; have faith in God or, have His kind of faith. Verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say to the mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe those things which he says shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he says; (V-23). Therefore I say unto you, what things you desire, when ye pray, believe ye receive them and ye shall have them; (V-24)
God s creative power is in our words when we are speaking His written Word! By speaking God s Word instructs or alerts the spirit realm as angels heed to voice of God s Word that we say: Psalms: Bless the Lord, ye his angels that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of His Word; (Ps.103:20). (We must speak God s Word to get angels involved. They then - start working God s perfect plan that He has designated for us). Let s give our Angels assignment to stop demonic danger: They encamp all around us, waiting for a command. Psalm: The angel of the LORD encamps round them that fear him, and He delivers them; (Psalm 4:37). (So a guardian Angel hovers over us to hear our command, as we ask for their protection.) God s strength will empower us for service! By Philippians, I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me; (Phil. 4:13). As by Isaiah, No weapon formed against us shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against us in judgment shall we condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, says the Lord ; (Isa. 54:17). (We can work in the Lord s Vineyard, with His power and also, stay in His divine protection.) Trust liberates us from law, it sets us in God s grace: by Galatians, we Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage, (Gal. 5:1). (God s grace gives us no license to sin! Instead, we must be thankful for His mercy, and His grace.) Salvation is: His grace, not our works lest we should boast. Ephesians says it is Not of works, lest any man should boast; (Eph. 2:9). We are saved by faith, by the Blood, and by obedience to His law! Then, by His loving mercy and grace, He covers our short-comings, faults or failures, and He saves us! Now we have no condemnation! By Romans: There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit; (Ro.8:1). (We are now free to go into the holies of holies.)
In Luke 23:45, The sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst. (We can go into the holies of holies, because Jesus set us free; He is the Great, High Priest of our professions when we confess God s Word. The Blood of Jesus stripped Satan s power; in Revelations: They overcame him-the (devil) by the Blood of the Lamb, and by the words of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto death; (Rev.12:11). (So we can overcome the devil by the Blood of the Lamb, and by the words of our testimony, also.) Boldly we enter: Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the Blood of Jesus; (Heb.10:19). In V-20: By a new and living way, which He hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, His flesh; V-21:...having an high priest over the house of God; V-22: Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. V-23: Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; as He is faithful who promised. So, let us come boldly unto the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need (Hb.4:16). As Kings, and Priests, we now go boldly into the throne without any condemnation! (We are free!) Jesus washed us in His own Blood, and has made us as Kings and Priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory, and dominion forever, and ever; (Revelations 1:6). (Oh what a wonderful, great Savior, and Lord, He is to us!) If it s not faith, it s sin. Romans says...he that doubts is damned if he eat, as he eats not of faith:...whatsoever is not of faith is sin; (Ro.14:23). With-out faith it s impossible to please Him; as he that comes to God must believe that he is, and that he will reward them that diligently seek him, by (Heb.11:6). (We have no other option! We must have faith in God and faith in His Word).
Faith has an audible voice, it never hurries, never worries, and is never anxious; it gives us grace to rest in God s promise without questioning: how long, how much more, or when, or why, Lord? Faith always trusts in God! God knows what we need and He knows how much it will take to break us, or make us surrender and obey, and do His will. Our faith must trust God until we lean not to our own understanding; So Trust in the Lord with all thy heart and lean not to thy understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct thy paths; (Prov. 3:5-6). (Trusting God & His Word is vital to success). We prove faith by our works, or actions: James, Without works, faith is dead; (Jas.2:20.) Our Works: We must Worship God, love Him, trust Him, obey Him, be fully persuaded that He will reward us, then forgive others, bind the enemy, proclaim God s powerful Word, and then, rest within God s faithful promises. Joshua: This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; thou shall meditate therein day and night, that thou may observe to do all that is written therein: For then thou shall make thy way prosperous, and then thou shall have good success; (Josh. 1:8). (This is powerful; it will give us success!) God rewards us and gives us success for obedience to meditate in His Word day and night! This verse summarizes our role of duty for our own success, whether it s for healing, health or wealth. Obedience to God and His set law is always for our own benefit. He gave us a blank check; by our words we can write our very own destiny with our spoken words, whether for good, or bad. God is not a man that He should lie; (Numbers 23:19). What we sow, we reap; we must sow God s Word to reap good results, by (Galatians 6:7-8). That is our instructions for success. Space doesn t allow me to write it all here, so that s your homework to read over, and over, again! Check it in your Bible. God is good; He wants you to prosper and be in health, but that cannot happen until your soul-(mind) prospers, by (3 John1:2). So keep your mind on
the Lord and you will prosper, and be in health, just as I am still well, at near the age of 82, this April 2011. We all will harvest the words that we sow (say)! God gives us an honest harvest by words we are continually saying! You can change your harvest now; it is not too late to change your words and change your harvest to be blessed by the Lord. He will reward your efforts! Amen! (Emily Dotson, 2011).
