Please be in prayer for our team of volunteers, and the many children who will participate. We will meet every day this week, from 9:00AM-12:00PM. Our hope is to prepare children to, Do good! Seek peace and go after it! Psalm 34:14 (CEB) Children in rising Pre-K through rising 6th Grade are welcome to participate. It s not too late to sign up, so please visit the walk-in registration table tomorrow morning if your child is not already pre-registered. Each summer we select a special mission project for the children to participate in during VBS week. This year, we will be collecting items to support local foster families. More than just teaching and having lots of fun, we desire for children to experience giving and serving as they learn about the heart of Jesus. Thursday, June 8, is VBS Family Night. Dinner is served, and the children will sing. T-shirts are $8 and are available this morning. They can also be purchased tomorrow, and throughout the week. We look forward to a great week, and have received so much support from our church family! Many thanks to all who have given their time, prayer, and donations. Youth Ministries News Youth VBS Volunteers When students arrive at the church during the week of VBS you will head back to the Main Office of the church to sign in with Becca and Tyler. The rest of the volunteers and kids participating will be signing in outside under the back entrance of the church, you will bypass that and come straight to us so we can get you signed in properly. On Monday and Wednesday afternoon we will be taking all of the students that helped serve out to eat. Bring $10 to cover the meal. These will be the only days that we will go eat together after VBS. Tuesday afternoon, instead of going to eat out, we will be starting a Bible Study for any students who are interested in participating from 12:00PM-1:30PM.
