In The Life of the Church... Today is Scout Sunday! Welcome to all scouts, their leaders and families! FEBRUARY VAN-GO FIELD TRIP Van-Go is the new slogan and this is the new motif for the group at SCCC that loves to explore the old and new around our area. And everyone is welcome to ride with us! Our next field trip will be on February 22. Van-Go The church van will leave the church around 9:00 am and travel to St. Louis to tour Bissinger s Chocolate Factory and the Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company We will stop for lunch at Crown Candy Kitchen. A sign-up sheet has been posted on the bulletin board for anyone interested in this field trip. BAPTISMAL CLASS The Pastor s Baptismal class will also begin on February 21 at 5:00 p.m. in the Pastor s office. Fifth and sixth graders are encouraged to join this class, including those who were baptized as infants. Adults who wishes to be baptized can contact Pastor Franklin in the church office. 4
