Earth Star Foundation Strengthening your Connection Close your eyes and center yourself in your heart... Ask your Higher Self to show you your current foundation. What does your current foundation look or feel like? See if your foundation is wobbly or falling apart? What is the material that your foundation is built with? Clear and transmute all feelings around being rejected, I don't belong, being ousted, isolated, I don't fit in, left out, left behind, being disconnected, unsafe and insecure. Create a brand-new foundation with the intention of strengthening your Earth Star chakra & allowing it to support you. Create a brand-new foundation... it may be one made of Marble, concrete, steel or wood. Use something that makes you feel grounded and connected. With your attention on your Earthstar chakra, connect with it from your heart and imagine energy from your heart going directly down through your body into the Earthstar chakra... balancing and centering it so that is a good regulator. Send your grounding cord through the Earth Star chakra and all the way down into the core of the Earth... fully grounding. Give the Earthstar chakra permission to regulate your connection with the Earth's core, to balance & support you automatically, when needed, making adjustments for you. Activate the Earth's wisdom, with intention and let it illuminate this chakra the two are intimately connected & working together now to support you staying grounded as you ascend & illuminate.
Hara or Navel Chakra Receiving supportive Earth energies To gain energy from the Earth Mother, you can fill up your Hara point reservoir. It may now appear as a dried up pond if it has been empty for a while... Use your inner eyes to see the current condition. Close your eyes and place your attention 2 inches inward from your belly button and imagine unzipping your Hara/Naval chakra. Open the Hara and visualize or sense an umbilical cord going from your Hara point directly into the Earth s aura. Turn on a switch and imagine vacuuming the nurturing energies of the Earth into you... actively drawing energy through the Hara and filling up your reservoir. Is it all the way full now? Continue this process until it is full. Tap into the true nature of You as a creative being Remember that you always have access to this space of creative life force energy where earth meets sky or "heaven," that is where you get pure creative energy. Now turn off the switch and vacuum, and drop the umbilical cord. Zip up your Hara and place your hands over the Naval area... feeling safe, protected and secure, as well as, filled up with the creative juices that the Earth continually supplies.
Homing The Heart Living in Harmony We must unlock the heart and unblock it so that our Higher Self consciousness can descend... and for healing, vital health, and happiness to occur. We can begin with clearing the 4 sacred chambers of the heart. Close your eyes and imagine that your Higher Self is handing you the key to your Higher Heart. Unlock the first chamber... Open the door. What do you see? What needs to be released, cleared, let go of? Call your Wise One. Ask your Wise One, ascended team to clear and transmute those lower level energies. See everything getting cleared out and all of the energies being released. Now fill up the chamber with high vibrational energies of your choice, like... Love, Joy, Peace, Compassion and Happiness. Go to the second, third and fourth chamber... and repeat this exercise for each. Now let your Soul Star chakra sound it's Homing device Sounding your beautiful soul song, allowing you to come fully into your heart. Feel your Higher Self enter your heart. Be in your heart. Imagine the beautiful Harmonics of the Universe filling up and activating your heart. This is your home, where you reside.
Causal Creator RB Activation Golden Infinity Assimilation The Causal Chakra is in charge of monitoring your right brain activity and supporting the activation of it. Imagine a circuit box on the right side of your head. Open up the door notice there is a switch that is directly linked to your right brain circuitry, turn on the switch, activating your right brain. Now take your pointer finger (the one next to your thumb) on your right hand and touch your third eye (the point between your eye brows). Start moving your finger from left to right, in an infinity sign... first around your left eye, then back at the center point. Then around your right eye and back at the center point. The center point that connects the infinity symbol, is your third eye. If you want to enhance your left brain, your logical, directive part of your self, use your right hand. If you want to enhance your creativity, and intuitive nature, then you use your left hand. This will strengthen your left and right brain connection and communication, as well as their unique offerings.
Deliberate Dismissal You are the Judge Imagine that you are your Higher Self, a judge in a court room... standing down and below you is your lower self. You see your lower self in all the bondage, ties and shackles from the past. It's time to clear, release and dismiss your lower self from all untruth. It s time to let go of the old truths you've held onto, so you can now bring in the new truth. In order to do this, you must release all previous dogma and deliberately dismiss all judgment of the lower self... and let all of the bindings go. As your Higher Self, directly connected to the Divine, begin to imagine that all of the bonds, covenants, commitments, solemn promises, guarantees, pledges, votes, and oaths, begin unraveling. All previous connections that no longer serve you are releasing and letting go. Deliberately dismiss all of the energy around anytime your lower self swore to something... it is time to finally come from a clean slate, fully and completely, from a higher dimensional reality of existence. All of the old has to go... unraveling, burning up, and falling away. You now bring down the gavel... It is done!
