Asana Practice with Kathryn
Silence ~ Nature Listening for our-selves It was a time to get quiet and reflective... a time to be with each others silences... There are so many places one can only touch and go through in silence... where words would only pollute... I became humbly silent

The Essence of Yoga to the People The essence of YTTP isn t found solely in the fact that it s donation based. The donation based model is but a part of a larger commitment. The larger commitment is to creating a sense of community and connection. A commitment of acceptance and support. To be able to do our own work physically, mentally and spiritually with a sense of autonomy and still experience the collective support of others doing the same thing. Its more than the asanas, more than simply showing up... its to breathe freely, breathe openly, uninhibitedly, to breathe lovingly. To ultimately take responsibility for my experience and being empowered by having taken responsibility. I don t know if you will look aesthetically perfect... we really don t care... its about how your feeling honoring it, nurturing it... and feeling free by having done so...wow!
