The angel Gabriel at the moment of the annunciation salutes her as full of grace. In fact, in order for Mary to be able to give the free assent of her faith to the announcement of her vocation, it was necessary that she be wholly borne by God's grace. 491 Through the centuries the Church has become ever more aware that Mary, full of grace through God, was redeemed from the moment of her conception. Holy Water, a most powerful sacramental, is available for the faithful to take home with them, and the church encourages the frequent use of holy water. When taking holy water with you, use the Holy Water receptacle located by the St. Anne statue in the front of the church. Knights Of Columbus Corner On Dec. 14, in place of our monthly meeting, we will be Christmas caroling at the Baptist Home, this is open to all members and non-members. We will meet at the Baptist home at 6:00 pm., and will be singing for about an hour. We will then reconvene at the St. Anne s parish hall for a social and treats!
