Her query intrigued the panelists. They feel that she has raised issues of interest to many readers, issues that are important for our human family to understand. Firstly, I just want to say how excited I was to discover your website. Such a wonderful example for us of co-operation and unity rather than competition and separation really makes my heart sing! A subject that has often occupied my thoughts is the role of the animal kingdom in evolution, and the relationships between animals and humans, and between the species themselves. It seems from what I observe at this time that the traditional relationships are changing, with more and more humans being able to communicate with animals and thus learn more about their needs and viewpoints. Animals Earth And Elsewhere (14-06) 2 Master Djwhal Khul... I am Djwhal Khul, emcee of this article. I wished to speak in response to this most aware and pertinent question. And so did many others. Since our messages will be essentially the same, we decided it would not be appropriate for us all to speak. So we drew straws and opted for a Focused Theme on the question of humanity, animals and their relationship one to the other, not only on Earth, but on other planets as well. We who have spoken to you before are joined by one of our angelic colleagues and we are most pleased that she chose to speak. Master Morya will lead off. Master Morya... Susana asks about the role of animals in evolution and the relationship between animals and human beings. Animals play as much a role in the evolution of Mother Earth as do human beings and plants, even minerals. But that mineral role is so slow that it is difficult to comprehend and show evidence of an evolution other than the cycles that exist if you study geology. As we have said before, the entire frequency of planet Earth is rising. The consciousness of the spirit of planet Earth is expanding. These are activities that go on simultaneously. As part of that expansion of consciousness for the planetary spirit itself, all who draw life from this planet also experience a rise in frequency and an expansion of consciousness... all except the human kingdom. I will come back to that. So the animal kingdom s place in evolution is keeping pace with the rise in frequency and thus the expansion of their consciousness as well. This expansion of consciousness has a starting point that is different for every species within the animal kingdom. But from whatever the starting point, the consciousness of each species within the animal kingdom is expanding and their frequencies are rising. Now, we turn to the human kingdom. The human kingdom has free will. There is not a great deal that human beings can do to stifle the changes that are taking place in their bodies, in the physical vehicle they inhabit, because the physical material from which this body is built is subject to the rise in frequency of Mother Earth. So each physical body is indeed slowly rising in

And here is the key for the incarnating soul: a higher frequency is offered to those who are willing and choose, by free will, to take advantage of it. Human beings, by the same free will, can resist the advances of a higher frequency and cling to all the thought-forms, all the outlooks, all the perceptions and ideas that are associated with life at a lower frequency. Which choice you make determines a great many things, including your relationship with the animal kingdom. One of those thought-forms from a lower frequency supports ideas about the place of animals in life on planet Earth. Those who choose the lower frequencies maintain that animals have, I will simply say no soul and that animals are far beneath human beings, that animals don't think or know or feel. Whatever those limiting thought-forms are about the place of animals in Earth's evolution, they are maintained by those who want to cling to the ideas that were born in what we shall call lower frequencies. These are the ideas of the past that will be going away. You are absolutely correct, Susana. Those individuals who are open to the fact that their physical vehicle frequencies are rising, and that therefore their emotional-mental-spiritual frequencies are rising, these individuals realize that there are powers, communication abilities inherent within the vehicle they occupy. There are many communication abilities inherent with being human. And these communication abilities enable you to contact the animal kingdom and realize that there is more to the animal kingdom than the thought-forms of the past would admit. So what is the place of the animal kingdom relative to the human kingdom? Now that is a very tricky question. For those in the human kingdom, those individuals who acknowledge that we are in a period of rising frequencies, expanding consciousness, expanding spiritual growth, there is a companionable expansion of consciousness for them that keeps pace with the rising frequency of the animal kingdom. Their relative positions within the life of the planet remain the same. But what changes is the expansion of consciousness that enables communication between the two kingdoms and the more communication there is, the more expansion of consciousness follows because it cannot be avoided. The fact of Oneness cannot be avoided. So human beings and

This communication ability on the part of the animals and on the part of their human contacts is part of the evolution of the planet. It is part of the evolution that is indeed ongoing within the cosmic plan. Thank you. Morya Bellara... We from the Angelic Kingdom are the link between the other kingdoms and humanity. For a long time, the human family has overlooked the significance and importance of nurturing a connective, spiritual relationship with other kingdoms on planet Earth, the plant, animal and mineral. We find it strange and unfortunately self-centered that so many human beings overlook these very important relationships. By now, even science realizes that there would not be any human life on Earth if there weren t this intricate web of other species intertwined and connected forever with the physical requirements of the human family. Think of old relationships between domesticated animals for protection, food, transport and such. But think further: without bees, there is no pollination. The interconnectedness is endless. So it is only natural that with the evolution of consciousness on this planet the awareness of the human family grows and fortunately, those who did not see before begin to see now. As people mature, they grow their own sense of responsibility and compassion for other beings. We who are angels and the devic folk in our kingdom who have been guardians of the animal and other kingdoms for a very long time are very happy about this movement. The answer to your questions is a resounding yes... and a resounding no. Now how can both be true? That you see, rests on how you define animal. Are there animals that look like or resemble those of Earth or those that you see in science fiction movies? Both the docile and friendly ones and the vicious and destructive ones? Do those kinds of animals exist on other planets? Not any that you would recognize. So Sartarius and I decided that we would simply put together a working definition of animal, hoping that it fulfills the requirements, and go from there. Now I will let Sartarius explain the definition that we worked out. Hello, Susana. This is Sartarius. If you mean by animals those living creatures who are part of the life of a given planet, yet have not reached the stage of mental and spiritual evolution that the human families of these planets have reached (and you will please note that I said not yet), then in that case, other planets indeed have an animal niche in the ecosystem of the planet. The living creatures, beings if you would, who inhabit those niches are relatively equivalent to the animals of Earth. They take various forms and they do have a variety of relationships with the planet itself, with the equivalent of plant life for the planet and with the equivalent of the human family on that planet. So the niches of evolution are similar. In that way, animals do exist on other planets. Derisum again, Susana. So do animals exist? Would you find, for instance on the planet I come from, the equivalent of a dog or a cat or an elephant or a crocodile? And the answer to that is no, not really. Would you find a life form that is and can be a companion to those of the human family, particularly to the young ones? A life form that is respected by the human family yet perfectly capable of evolving on its own because it has its own path? Then you will have a yes answer. We hope that this has been useful. It might not be the same species as the human family knows on planet Earth, so don t expect the same zebra, polar bear, tiger, kangaroo or butterfly. But the animal kingdom spans over so many diverse species on one planet alone that its beauty and vastness cannot be measured. They all serve a purpose, every single one of the species. And while they may be part of a collective soul, they still play an important, intricate, interdependent role with the other kingdoms and the spirits of each planet. Some animal souls are present on multiple planets. If you look at whales and dolphins, you will have no doubt that they exist in other realms and in other worlds. We, the Off-Earth Allies, are very much aware of the importance of the animal kingdom for Earth and we treasure every animal being on this planet. We assist in the betterment of the relationship between them and the human family, just as the angelic kingdom does. They are so much easier to assist than humans, because they do understand that we mean well. They trust and are gratefully accepting our help.
