LIVE YOUR FAITH OUT LOUD HOW TO UNLEASH POWER WITH YOUR WORDS KENNETH COPELAND DAY 1 HIGH-OCTANE FAITH RUNS ON LOVE Words are the most important things in the world, and God s WORD is the only way to a successful life. God s WORD cannot be separated from His high-octane, high-powered faith. We must develop a higher respect for God s love. Everything God does and says is because He loves us, so have faith in His love. As you speak God s WORD, He will make it happen. STUDY IT I. Words are the most important things in the world, and God s WORD is the only way to a successful life. This universe was created by God s WORD (Genesis 1:1-3). God upholds all things by His powerful WORD (Hebrews 1:3). Jesus told us that we live by every word that comes from God s mouth (Matthew 4:4). God s WORD was in the beginning and was God (John 1:1). o There were three in the beginning: The Father, the Son, who is The WORD, and the Holy Spirit. God s WORD is just as much God as He is. o The WORD of God, the covenants of God, His very bond, are just as much a revelation of God in the earth as He is. II. God s WORD cannot be separated from His high-octane, high-powered faith. Faith comes by hearing God s WORD (Romans 10:17). You must have faith to be born again (Ephesians 2:8). A believer lives his/her life by faith in God and His WORD (Romans 1:17). We walk in the Christian life by faith (2 Corinthians 5:7). Our lives are guided by faith in God s WORD, so we can access God s grace (Romans 4:16). We receive the gift of righteousness by faith (Romans 5:17; 2 Corinthians 5:21). God is Love (1 John 4:8). God is a God who has and uses faith. o Our faith works by love (Galatians 5:6).

III. We must develop a higher respect for God s love. We must trust His love, because everything God does and says is because He loves us. We renew our minds to understand that saying God is the same as saying Love, and saying Love is the same as saying God. When we don t respect the word love, we don t respect God. God knows you have needs, and He wants to supply them (Philippians 4:19). o Also, your heavenly Father gives you all things richly to enjoy (1 Timothy 6:17). IV. Have faith in God to accomplish His WORD. Have faith in Love. When Jesus spoke to the fig tree, it dried up (Mark 11:20). Anyone who says to a mountain Move, and doesn t doubt in his heart, but believes what he says will have it (Mark 11:23). Every idle word we speak will demand an explanation. By our words we will be justified or condemned (Matthew 12:36). Whatever is in our hearts will come out our mouths, whether it s good or evil (Luke 6:45). o What you put in is what you bring out. o Out of the abundance of your heart your mouth speaks. V. As you speak God s WORD, He will make it happen. Make your words acceptable to GOD (Psalm 19:14). Say that The LORD will deliver you, and He will (Psalm 91). Brother Copeland tells the account of a military unit that used Psalm 91 to keep them safe in combat. Your mouth is satisfied with good things, and your youth is renewed (Psalm 103:5). o The Hebrew root of the word things is word. o Fill your mouth with God s WORDS, and your youth is renewed. Angels listen for our words that agree with God s WORD. Then, they are activated to work on our behalf (Psalm 103:20; Hebrews 1:14). You have in your life today, what you said yesterday. So, to change your life, change your words. Additional scriptures: Mark 11:20-24; Psalm 39:1; Deuteronomy 33:25; Matthew 18:16 MAKE IT PERSONAL Continue to put God s WORD in your heart and in your mouth. Say His WORD, knowing that His plan for your life is found there. Let your faith rise to the power level to move mountains. Meditate daily on The LORD through His WORD, especially on Mark 11:20-24 and Psalm 91.

LIVE YOUR FAITH OUT LOUD HOW TO UNLEASH POWER WITH YOUR WORDS KENNETH COPELAND DAY 2 YOUR WORDS DETERMINE YOUR DESTINY God has established a WORD-environment. Your life is dominated by words. No one but you can determine your destiny, and it s done with your words. Throughout the entire Bible, it s demonstrated that words change everything God s WORD and your words. Words are powerful. STUDY IT I. We live in a WORD-created, WORD upheld environment. Words dominate this world. That s a good thing for us, because what we say is what we will have. o The devil is not happy with this arrangement, but he s stuck with it, and can t change it. o Any power the devil has, he has to get from your words. He has to get you to say something he can use; then he can use your power to work evil in the earth. II. Your life is dominated by words. God has established it so that no one but you can determine your destiny, and it s done with your words. This is a law. We have the God-given right to choose the words that govern our lives and destiny. o You have angels listening to your words on one side (Psalm 103:20), and the devil listening to you on the other. Whatever you say licenses one or the other, angels or the devil, to work. o The lies of the devil are dangled in front of you to take your attention off of God s WORD. o The devil wants to get you into offense and unforgiveness. o Satan wants you to say what he s saying, so he can use the power of your words in the earth against God and His family. III. Throughout the entire Bible, it s demonstrated that words change everything God s WORD and your words. Angels listen for and obey God s Word (Hebrews 1:14). Faith comes by hearing and hearing God s WORD (Romans 10:17).

Let God s WORD stay in your eyes and in the middle of your heart, that is your spirit, to give you life and health/medicine (Proverbs 4:21-22). Keep your spirit strong in The WORD, because out of your spirit comes the forces of life (verse 23). A disobedient mouth and perverse lips speak twisted words that are not from God (verse 24). o A fool s words trap him into destruction (Proverbs 18:7). o You will be snared or trapped with the words of your mouth (Proverbs 6:2). Keep your eyes looking straight ahead at God s WORD (Proverbs 4:25). o The tongue or the words of the wise bring health (Proverbs 12:18). o Words will bring good things to eat, and by association, a good life (Proverbs 13:2). o Wholesome words bring continual life (Proverbs 15:4). o Increase is certain by speaking God s WORD and promises (Proverbs 18:20). Your words make choices for your life: life, death, blessing or cursing (Deuteronomy 30:19). You can turn your whole life with words. The tongue is the start button, and things will end either in hell fire or Holy Spirit fire (James 3:3-6). God gave the earth to mankind. Armies and nations dominated and moved people throughout the earth, until baby Jesus was born in the manger. o A prophecy was given concerning where the Savior would be born (Micah 5:2). o Caesar had an idea that each person should go to his hometown to pay taxes (Luke 2:1-7). Where did he get that idea? From Micah. Words are powerful. IV. Words are powerful. God exalts His WORD even above His Name (Psalm 138:2). Repent for stout words that are against God s will (Malachi 3:13). He cannot move for you against your words. Jesus said everything you say and believe will come to pass (see Mark 11:20-24). By the authority of the Name of Jesus and the blood of the Lamb, we have God-given strength and power; and by the grace of God, through faith we can choose to speak and believe His WORD in our lives. Additional scriptures: Galatians 5:22-23; James 3:10; Malachi 3:10-12 MAKE IT PERSONAL Pray with us: Heavenly Father, I thank You that You have a destiny for my life, and You are leading me to fulfill that destiny. Guide me to read and study Your WORD that strengthens and directs me toward success, as I obey You in faith and love. In Jesus Name. Amen.

LIVE YOUR FAITH OUT LOUD HOW TO UNLEASH POWER WITH YOUR WORDS KENNETH COPELAND DAY 3 WHAT YOU SPEAK IS WHAT YOU GET We speak out of the treasure in our hearts, and we get what we say. God has given us His WORD to put into our mouths; those words become our words. There is great power in words. Strife brings confusion and every evil work. Long life is God s will for us. STUDY IT I. We speak out of the treasures in our hearts, and we get what we say. Those who have a good treasure, speak good. If there is an evil treasure, evil words come out (Matthew 12:34-37). o Even idle words are considered evil, because they don t originate from God. o We will give account On the Day of Judgment for our words that justify or words that condemn. Death and life are in the words that come out of our mouths (Deuteronomy 30:19). We say what we believe (2 Corinthians 4:13). II. God has given us His WORD to put into our mouths; those words become our words. When we speak His WORD, we speak in His power. When you speak God s WORD and make those the words of your life, then His Spirit is moving through you. The angels can move on your behalf (Hebrews 1:14). Jesus spoke the words of God, that s why He was Anointed without measure (John 3:34). Jesus only did what He saw His Father do, and only said what He heard His Father say His ABBA Father (John 5:19, 8:26; Romans 8:15). III. There is great power in words. We are given information on the power of words in Genesis 11:1-9. o The whole earth was of one language and one speech. o The people said, Let s build bricks and make a city and a tower whose top may reach into heaven, and make for us a name, lest we be scattered (see Genesis 11:3-4).

o The LORD saw that the people were in agreement, with one language, one word, and knew they could do whatever they said (verse 6). o God said, Let us go down and there confound their language, that they may not understand one other s speech. Without a common language, they had to stop building (verses 7-8). o The place was named Babel, which means confusion (verse 9). o The only thing that could stop those people was to stop their words. Here s the process: People imagine, then communicate, come into agreement and have no restraint. IV. Words of strife bring confusion and every evil work (James 3:16). Avoid arguments that cause people to oppose themselves (2 Timothy 2:25). o Satan is able to take them captive at his will (verse 26), because of the words that are coming out of their mouths and their hearts. About 2 million people came out of Egypt. When they crossed the Red Sea on dry land, they praised God (Exodus 15:1-21). o That was the last time they praised God as a group. When the people reached the Jordan River to crossover to the Promised Land, 12 spies went ahead to look things over. Ten spies brought back an evil report (Numbers 13:31-32). o Only two men out of 2 million, Caleb and Joshua, chose to speak what God said. Two million people could not stop two men s words of faith in God. The entire congregation lifted up their voice one voice in agreement. They wanted to die in the wilderness (Numbers 14:1-2). o God said, All right, as you have spoken in My ears, so will I do. You will die in the desert (paraphrase verse 28). o They said it because they didn t believe God loved them. o They said it and God had to let their words comes to pass. V. Long life is God s will for us (Psalm 91:16). Because of the disobedience of the children of Israel, their life span was cut to 70 or 80 years. (Psalm 90:10). Sadly, we are still living by the words of God to the rebellious. We should be living the lifespan set by God to Noah 120 years (Genesis 6:3). MAKE IT PERSONAL Write two things from God s WORD you can say to reinforce God s will in your life.

LIVE YOUR FAITH OUT LOUD HOW TO UNLEASH POWER WITH YOUR WORDS KENNETH COPELAND DAY 4 PLANT THE WORD, SPEAK THE WORD Plant a good seed that brings good fruit. Plant God s WORD in your heart. God is listening for your faith-filled words. Living in this voice-activated world, we must speak God s WORD to get good results. STUDY IT I. Plant a good seed that brings good fruit. Plant God s WORD in your heart. A good tree produces good fruit. A corrupt tree produces corrupt fruit. The natural man cannot speak good things. Whatever is in the heart comes out of the mouth (Matthew 12:33-35). If a spirit is loaded with doubt and unbelief, it cannot produce good fruit. Whatever type of plant is in the seed is what will come up and produce fruit. Anything planted without faith will produce sin (Romans 14:23). II. God is listening for your faith-filled words. Jesus, as our High Priest, will put His power in our words (Hebrews 3:1, 4:16). He backs our words when they are His words. A perfect man, or mature person does not offend with his words; and he is able to control his whole self, including his body (James 3:2). o If someone is not walking in love, his life is filled with trouble, and it starts with words (verse 6). o No natural man with human power can tame the tongue (verse 8). o If your heart is full of bitterness, shut your mouth. Don t spew bitterness out with your words (verses 14-16). o Stop any words that come from a root of bitterness. It s as dangerous as having a poisonous snake in the crib with your baby. o Repent from bitterness, and by faith, receive God s forgiveness and cleansing. God is not impressed with an abundance of chatter (Matthew 6:7). Your prayers and confessions that are spoken without faith are worthless. Even if you speak the right words, if those words are full of fear instead of faith, they are idle words.

o Idle words are words without love and faith, and you will be judged for what you speak (Matthew 12:36-37). o Idle words are just a lot of noise like banging on the bottom of a pot (1 Corinthians 13:1-3). o Every gift of the Spirit is stopped when we don t walk in love (1 Corinthians 12:7-11). Have you been speaking from a heart of fear? Then you need a crop failure. Repent and enter into God s rest. III. Living in this voice-activated world, we must speak God s WORD to get good results. When you punch the start button in a vehicle, a series of things happen as the engine starts. o In the same way, your tongue is the start button. You begin to speak, and a series of things is put in motion before you reap the result of your words. Choose life and blessing choose with your words (Deuteronomy 30:19). Jesus said His words are spirit and life (John 6:63). o Pattern your words after Jesus words. Be tenderhearted, and forgive others (Ephesians 4:32). o Let a man show his life of faith by his words and works (James 3:13). God s written WORD is His wisdom (Luke 11:49). The wisdom from God is pure, peaceable, full of mercy, full of good fruit, without partiality and without hypocrisy, and is shared by those who make peace (James 3:17-18). o Anyone can put The WORD of God to work at any time. Additional scriptures: Proverbs 17:22; Mark 11:22-25 MAKE IT PERSONAL Write your plan to plant God s WORD in your heart and your mouth. What scriptures will you read, study and confess this week?

LIVE YOUR FAITH OUT LOUD HOW TO UNLEASH POWER WITH YOUR WORDS KENNETH COPELAND DAY 5 VICTORS CHOOSE FAITH-FILLED WORDS We have the God-given, blood-protected right to choose the words that dominate our lives, and thereby establish our own track in life. Be like Jesus and choose faith-filled words, so you also can be victorious. Take time to review scriptures about the power of words. STUDY IT I. We have the God-given, blood-protected right to choose the words that dominate our lives, and thereby establish our own track in life. We live in a WORD-created, WORD-upheld, WORD-dominated environment. We can t change it, and God won t change it. The devil can t change it; he s stuck with it. He can t do anything to you unless you open the door to him with your words. There are two paths in front of us: 1. to a palace, or 2. a jail. You choose. God s already made His choice. o He set before you life, death, blessing and cursing, so choose life so you and your descendants may live (Deuteronomy 30:19). II. Jesus chose faith-filled words, and He was victorious. Jesus said His words are spirit and life (John 6:63). Jesus told us to have faith in God, and say... o Whoever shall say to a mountain, shall not doubt, and shall believe that those things which he says shall come to pass he shall have whatsoever he says (see Mark 11:23-24). What Jesus taught is the spiritual law of words, and the law works whether you are speaking God s WORD or words of fear blessing or cursing. A good man from the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things. An evil man from the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil things (Matthew 12:33-37). o From the abundant treasure of the heart, the mouth speaks. o Every faithless word (idle word) men speak will be judged. Our words that come from our tongues can only be tamed by the power of God, not by natural man (James 3:8).

III. Choose faith-filled words, not words of fear. Sometime we blame the devil for things that are actually a result of our words. What can you do? Repent! Take responsibility for your sin, and let God forgive and cleanse you (1 John 1:9). o Now, refuse words and thoughts of your sin. Shut your feelings of shame down with God s WORD. Refuse condemnation (Romans 8:1). o Put God s promises in your mouth. Say: God is faithful and just. Out of the mouth of two witnesses, let every word be established (Matthew 18:16). o You are the deciding witness in your life. If you speak faith, God will be the other witness. If you speak fear, the devil will be the other witness, and you ll receive the result of what your words say. God has established it so that only you can determine your destiny according to what you believe in your heart and say with your mouth. IV. Let s review some scriptures about the power of words. Speak that you are strong (Joel 3:10). Let the joy of The LORD be your strength (Nehemiah 8:10). When you are born again, you have the Holy Spirit within you, and all the fruit of spirit responds to faith (Galatians 5:22-23). Say: I have the joy of The LORD. My mouth is filled with laughter, and my feet are dancing (see Psalm 126:2). o Start smiling and laughing by faith until the joy breaks through to your mind. o God laughs at the devil (Psalm 37:13). I sit with Him (Ephesians 2:6), and I laugh at the devil, too. Don t yield to the spirit of sorrow. Refuse grief (Isaiah 53:4). o If you insist on walking in love and joy in every situation, you ll be free to worship God and find peace. We are told to sorrow not, because we have hope to be with our loved ones again after we leave this life (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18). Additional scriptures: Numbers 13:30; Psalm 19:14, 91:1-3, 103:5, 20; Hebrews 1:14; Proverbs 4:24, 6:2, 12:18, 13:2, 15:4, 18:7, 18:20-21; Micah 5:2; Malachi 3:13; 2 Corinthians 4:13; Hebrews 3:1, 4:14; 1 Peter 3:10 MAKE IT PERSONAL We want to know how the study of words has helped you!
