Alleluia! Thou burning sun with golden beam, thou silver moon with softer gleam! Oh, praise Him, oh, praise Him, Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia! Stanza 2 Thou rushing wind that art so strong, ye clouds that sail in heav n along, Oh, praise Him! Alleluia! Thou rising morn, in praise rejoice, ye lights of evening, find a voice! Oh, praise Him, oh, praise Him, Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia! Stanza 4 And all ye men of tender heart, forgiving others, take your part, Oh, sing ye! Alleluia! Ye who long pain and sorrow bear, praise God and on Him cast your care! Oh, praise Him, oh, praise Him, Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia! Oh, praise Him, oh, praise Him, Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!

AN ACT OF PRAISE The Joy of Worship, Psalm 84 Dee Horne (Harbor Court) LEADER: How lovely is your dwelling place, O Lord of hosts! My soul longs, indeed it faints for the courts of the Lord; my heart and my flesh sing for joy to the living God. EVERYONE: Even the sparrow finds a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, at your altars, O Lord of hosts, my King and my God. LEADER: Happy are those who live in your house, ever singing your praise. EVERYONE: Happy are those whose strength is in you, in whose heart are the highways to Zion. As they go through the valley of Baca they make it a place of springs; the early rain also covers it with pools. They go from strength to strength; the God of gods will be seen in Zion. LEADER: O Lord God of hosts, hear my prayer; give ear, O God of Jacob! Behold our shield, O God; look on the face of your anointed. EVERYONE: For a day in your courts is better than a thousand elsewhere. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than live in the tents of wickedness.

LEADER: For the Lord God is a sun and shield; he bestows favor and honor. No good thing does the Lord withhold from those who walk uprightly. EVERYONE: O Lord of hosts, happy is everyone who trusts in you. CHORAL MINISTRY Psalm 150 Paraphrase: P. Dys; Music: R. HYMN OF RESPONSE Hymn #397 Glorious Things of Thee Are Spoken Text: J. Newton; Tune: AUSTRIAN HYMN Stanza 1 Glorious things of thee are spoken, Zion, city of our God; He whose word cannot be broken formed thee for His own abode; On the Rock of Ages founded, what can shake thy sure repose? With salvation s walls surrounded, Thou may smile at all thy foes. Stanza 2 See, the streams of living waters, springing from eternal love, Well supply thy sons and daughters, and all fear of want remove: Who can faint, when such a river ever flows their thirst t assuage; Grace, which like the Lord, the giver, never fails from age to age. Stanza 3 Round each habitation hovering, see the cloud and fire appear For a glory and a covering, showing that the Lord is near; Thus deriving from their banner light by night, and shade by day, Safe they feed upon the manna which He gives them when they pray. Stanza 4 Blest inhabitants of Zion, washed in the Redeemer s blood; Jesus, whom their souls rely on, makes them kings and priests to God. Tis His love His people raises over self to reign as kings; And as priests, His solemn praises, each for a thank off ring brings.

Stanza 5 Savior, if of Zion s city I, through grace, a member am, Let the world decide or pity I will glory in Thy name. Fading is the world-ling s pleasure, all his boasted pomp and show; Solid joys and lasting treasure none but Zion s children know. *BENEDICTION Randy Woods, Minister of Worship & Music *ORGAN POSTLUDE Intermezzo P.
