Teams maximize a leader s potential and minimize his or her weaknesses. Strengths and weaknesses are exposed in individuals. 2. Talent wins games, but teamwork wins championships. Individuals play the game, but teams win championships. 3. Teamwork is not about you. In order to have a winner, the team must have a feeling of unity. Every player must put the team first, ahead of personal glory. 4. Great teams create community. All effective teams create an environment where relationships grow and teammates become connected to one another. They create a sense of community. 5. Adding value to others adds value to you. When the most talented person has the mind to serve, special things happen. Wednesday, November 2, 2016 Evening Session Reverend Marvin Chapman, Presiding 1:30 p.m...devotional Worship Rev. Which is to: Edify, Encourage, Exalt, Equip and Evangelize that His will may be done and that His kingdom may come.
