Most importantly you will be experiencing practical meditation to connect with the stillness within. You will be shown how to locate stillness and experience your soul. You will learn that direct experience of soul can be accessed via meditation. This practice puts you in your power and brings you into the present moment. These notes are an accompaniment to the full Video content. They are designed to highlight just the key points of the Video Class and provide a record for your personal reflection. YOU WILL LEARN: This class will introduce you to a simple locating stillness meditation as you open up connection with the divine. You will gain a greater understanding of why daily meditation is important. You will learn how meditation makes you more focused, grounded and effective in your physical life. CLASS CORE MEDITATION 1. EXPERIENCING CONNECTION WITH THE DIVINE WITHIN Meditation allows us to go within and connect with the divine of which we are a part. Meditation is the avenue and the tool through which we get to know ourselves. Meditation is a practice to tap into our intuition, as we create with great power in our life. Meditation slows the brain waves. All of our physical activities become stronger when we meditate regularly. It is an essential component to a full, whole and complete life. Meditation is the means through which we consciously connect with the life force. Meditation can lead you into the present moment, the power, which is now, Meditation proves to you, through your own direct experience, that the true reality is experienced in the now. NOTES: 2
2. WHAT IS WITHIN? When we say, Within we are referring to a space beyond the body. Within refers to the origin of whom we are (soul) and is accessed by focusing under the skin via the heart, into the spiritual dimension. The spiritual dimension appears to be accessed within the body to our human perception. The heart is a portal, a gateway of the soul in and out of the physical dimension, from the spiritual dimension. When we connect within, we focus on the heart and access soul. Within is referring to the space accessed via the heart through to the spiritual dimension. Out there is referring to the physical dimension that is created via the spiritual dimension. Thus, when we go within, we shut down some of our physical senses to open up our non-physical senses. It helps when in meditation, to close your eyes. This crates the sense that we are looking under our skin. Practice: Close your eyes. Notice where your focus goes? Allow your focus to be drawn down into the heart. Now open your eyes. 3. LOCATING STILLNESS PRACTICAL MEDITATION When we speak of slowing down it does not mean we make our selves less than or dumbed down in any way. It simply refers to lowering the brain wave state to access the slower, longer soul wave state. In essence the spiritual dimension is one of stillness, where all is complete and whole and non-divided. It is what is known as perfection, meaning nothing missing. The spiritual dimension is the original cause of the effects in the physical dimension. The spiritual state therefore, that we emanate from and create from, is one of stillness and perfection. To access soul, we become quiet, contemplative and still. We access stillness via the process of meditation. The purpose of meditation is to locate this stillness, to become quiet and access soul and moment-to-moment consciousness. When you access stillness, you come into your power. This is the great benefit of meditation. You begin to know who you are. When you know who you are you cannot help but want to manifest consciously. Through meditation you can access everything. No special training required. NOTES: 5
Practice LET S MEDITATE: Either stand or sit with a straight spine. Close your eyes. Bring your focus and awareness into the heart. You can place hands over heart if you wish. Allow the body to move, as it will. Bring your awareness to your breath. Breathe in deep from the belly via the nose. On the out breath, at the end of the breath sink into the silence. The pause between your breathing. Continue this process as you focus on the space (the gap) between the breath. This is where the breath appears from and disappears into. This is the silence of soul. You are experiencing your soul. Continue here as long as you desire. When you re ready open your eyes. NOTES: 6

CONCLUSION Meditation is a process through which we access stillness, the now and full presence of being. Meditation heightens all of our senses, so that the world around us becomes clearer, more glistening and more alive. In the hours following meditation you will notice your answers coming to you clearly. The signs become more tangible and noticeable. The answers and messages you receive serve to be encouraging confirmations on your path. In this conscious connection via mediation, the head and the heart begin to naturally integrate. You only need practice this locating stillness meditation for 1-2 minutes a day, as it is an ultra concentrated focus. There is no need to meditate for hours on end. Practice consistently and you will walk knowingly in this world. Soul is simple, direct truth. Access it via meditation practice.
