Organizations we help... Holy Infant Giving Tree Program (Program begins the week of Thanksgiving) How it Works... 1. Select an ornament tag from the Giving Tree in the Church lobby or lower lobby. 2. Purchase the requested gifts or gift cards 3. Return the unwrapped gifts back to the Church lobby by the requested date with the ornament attached. St. Martha's Hall and Kathy J. Weinman Shelter - These shelters for abused women and children, many in hiding, rely on the supplies collected to run their centers and the gifts are given at Christmas to residents. Little Sisters of the Poor - Senior Living and Nursing Home for the Poor - For most of these residents, this gift may be the only one they receive this year and they are very grateful. St. Peter and Paul Homeless Shelter We help support 3 programs for residents focused on helping them live on their own. For most of these residents, this will be their only gift this Christmas and it truly gives them joy. Wellston Center Christmas Club This is a program designed to give the poorest residents in the Wellston area the dignity and joy of shopping for their own gifts at a fraction of the cost. All proceeds go directly back into the program for the following year. The Wellston Center is an outreach program of the St. Augustine Parish. Holy Infant Families in Need - These cards allow families within our own parish who are struggling to experience the joy of shopping and choosing gifts for their families, as well as assisting them with food and other necessities. St. Vincent DePaul Society - The Holy Infant Council of St. Vincent de Paul helps the needy that live within our parish boundaries. Grocery and store gift cards are given with the intent of giving them the chance to shop for their families this Christmas season. St. Wenceslaus Food Pantry Staffed and supported by Holy Infant parishioners, the pantry uses these gift cards throughout the year to purchase meat and dairy products to accompany the donated canned and boxed food for the clients they serve. If you or your organization would like the opportunity to sponsor an entire family with gift cards this Christmas, Please contact Amy at (636) 821-1120 Thank you, in advance, for your continued generosity!
