My eyes are open to see creative ways to increase financially; my ears are open to hear the best deals, and my heart is pure so that You can channel finances through me. I am on the path of perpetual increase, as I enter into my wealthy place. Wealth and riches are in my house. I declare I am the righteousness of God. I have sown my seed for supernatural abundance and I live in a daily expectation of increase. Money comes to me; my nature attracts money. The fear of lack has been broken and has no power over me. I hear my Father s voice. The voice of intimidation and limitation I choose not to follow. I am free from debt; I am the lender and not the borrower. The wealth of the wicked is being transferred to me and I commit to establish the Kingdom of God in the earth. I am ready to distribute and my life is a distribution channel for God s work in the earth. I thank You Father, that daily You are loading me with benefits. I am anointed to prosper. Pastor s Page GOD S WAY IS PERFECT Dr. Michael A. Freeman Ladies and gentlemen, you will never see the life that God intended for you to see when you take care of yourself. I have been in church practically all my life, and a lot of what I have heard in church has not been profitable to my life. People have been taught to do church, but haven t been taught to do God. This lesson should get you from ever doing church again. Are you ready? It is commonplace to hear and say that we are not perfect. Well, I am no longer receiving that statement. Although I have not yet arrived, I call those things which be not as though they were. I have learned through the years that in order to become strong when I m weak, I have to say I m strong while I m weak. In order to become healed while I am sick, I have to say I m healed while I am sick. In order for you to become perfect, while you are imperfect, you have to start saying you are perfect. In 2 Samuel 22:31-32 we read, As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the LORD is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him. For who is God, except the LORD? and who is a rock, except our God? It is God who arms me with strength, And makes my way perfect. So He can t be a shield to all; He is only a shield to all who trust in Him. As much as you would like for Him to be a shield and as much as He would like to be a shield to you, He can t be until you trust Him. When I trust Him, He is my shield. If you go to Him in all things, all the time, and His way is perfect, then it stands to reason that you will get perfect results every time. You don t ever have to miss it. Imagine never missing it! Lamentations 3:37 says, Who is he who speaks and it comes to pass, When the Lord has not commanded it? Was Jesus perfect? Yes, He was. Was Jesus capable of blowing it? Yes, He was. But He didn t blow it, which held His perfection in place. Jesus could not be our example if He did not have the ability to blow it. But how did He do it? That s what we all want to know. How could He live this life and not sin? In John 5:19-20 we read, Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner. For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself does; and He will show Him greater works than these, that you may marvel. Do you see the secret yet? He said the Son can do nothing of Himself! Yet, we are doing everything of ourselves. It is just that simple. How did He remain perfect? He never did anything of Himself! Everything He did, He did according to what Solomon said in Proverbs 3:6, in all His ways He acknowledged God; God directed His path, and He ended up perfect! John 5:30 states, I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me. He said that as He hears, He judges. Here s the secret ladies and gentlemen going to God for everything is everything, because as I hear, I judge. I don t get involved in anything until I hear, then I judge. I don t make a decision about anything until I hear. Then I judge. That was the secret of Jesus Himself He did not judge until He heard! Bible Study The Truth About Tithing Receiving the person of Jesus gets us into the Kingdom of God s Son. It is the principles of Jesus that causes us to prosper on earth. You can receive Jesus as Lord and Savior and still have no peace. How is this possible? Well, you can know the person; have a relationship with Him, yet simply refuse to follow His principles. Tithing is a principle that is part of God s financial plan for the life of the Believer. Assistant Pastor Dewayne discusses three different people groups and their position to the tithe. Take your time reading these descriptions and see if you are able to locate yourself: Covenant Committed: This people group is committed to the things of God. They know and understand the Word and have embraced the truth. Tithing cannot be removed from them. It does not matter the circumstance, they are going to continue to pay God His tithe although it s not even about the money WHAT? Covenant UN-committed: Now this people group acknowledges that they are in a covenant relationship with our Lord. HOWEVER, no matter what you show them or teach them in the Word and even though they know that you are speaking truth, they will still refuse to follow the principles of Jesus. They will only do what they want to do. Not only that, they will even talk bad about you to create a reason to not do what they know is the right thing to do. UN-informed: This people group doesn t tithe because they don t know what to do. They just Assistant Pastor Dewayne Freeman don t have enough information to cause them to move in the direction to tithe. Proverbs 23 tells us to buy the truth and sell it not. It says the same for wisdom, instruction, and understanding. We need to apply each of these attributes to tithing. Tithing, you may not know, really is not about money. Tithing is about honoring God with your heart. When it comes to the tithe, God is not looking at what s in your hand; He is looking at what s in your heart. This is where our focus should be. Deuteronomy 14:23 says, that thou may learn to fear the LORD thy God always. Herein lies the purpose of tithing. We are to learn to put and keep God first. It s not about the money; and that s the truth. There are some who teach that tithing was under the law and because we are under grace, Christians no longer need to tithe. Tithing is an eternal principle practiced before and after the law. Are you honoring God with the tithe? The Truth about the Tithe is being taught in Bible Study. Acting as a sound filter, the ear transforms every audible sound into accurate information that the brain can prioritize. Well just as our ears act as sound filters, transforming information to our brain, we have Holy Spirit to transform (filter) things we perceive in the natural, (by His inward witness and by the renewing of our mind in the Word of God), to assist us in aligning our corresponding response or action according to the Word. This is why it s important to hear with your heart and not just your head. This American Independence Day been a celebrated federal holiday since 1941, however, the tradition of Independence Day celebrations goes back to the 18 th century and the American Revolution (1775-1783). In June 1776, representatives of the 13 American colonies, then fighting in a revolutionary struggle against Great Britain, weighed a resolution that would declare their independence. On July 2 nd 1776, the Continental Congress voted in favor of independence, and two days later its delegates adopted the Declaration of Independence, a historic document drafted by Thomas Jefferson. From 1776 until now, July 4 th has been celebrated as the birth of American independence.
