Join a half-day city tour which visits the Carpet and Abgineh Museums. In the evening, welcome dinner. Overnight in Tehran. (BD) Tehran City Tour This morning we begin our tour by visiting the Niyavaran and Saad Abad Palaces. After lunch, you will visit the National Jewels Museum, a highlight of any visit to Tehran. (B) Tehran - Hamadan After breakfast we drive to Hamedan and transfer to hotel. Our city tour will visit the Shrine of Esther and Mordechai, Ganj Nameh (the ancient Achaemenian rock carvings) - overnight at hotel. (B)
Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 Day 8 Day 9 Day 10 Hamadan: HAMEDAN-ALI SAR WATER CAVE (The longest Water Cave in the World) After breakfast we visit Ali Sadr Water Cave, return to Hamedan. In the afternoon, visit Maghbareye Aboo Ali Sina (Avicenna's Mausoleum and Museum) - overnight at hotel. (B) Hamadan - Kashan In the morning drive to Kashan via Saveh. Transfer to your hotel. This afternoon we visit Fin Garden and Sialk Tappeh (7000 years old).(b) Kashan - Abyaneh After breakfast, visit the Boroojerdi, Tabatabyi, Ameriha Houses, the Silk Factory and then lunch. In the afternoon you will visit the UNESCO recognised village of Abyaneh, located at the foot of Mount Karkas. Experience the serenity of this quaint village with its splendid archaeology and meet the local people who speak, live and dress in the original Persian style. Dinner and overnight in Abyaneh. (B) Abyane -Esfahan After breakfast we will be driving to Esfahan. Check in to your hotel. We then visit Naghsh-e- Jahan Square including Imam and Sheikh Lotfollah Mosques, and Ali Ghapoo Palace. In the afternoon, visit Forty columns (Chehel Sotoon), and the Bazaar.(B) Esfahan After breakfast we take a city tour visiting Vank Church, Jame Mosque, Hasht Behesht, Khajoo, and Allah Verdi Khan Bridges, and butterfly Park. (B) Isfahan Naeen Meybo - Yazd- We begin our day by driving to the attractive city of Naeen. Naeen's Jameh Mosque dates back to the 10th century and is considered one of the oldest and most important Mosques of the Persian Islamic architecture in Naeen. Then proceed to Meibod. This ancient city was established in pre-islamic times and today contains many fine buildings from both the Sassanid and the Safavid eras. We stop at Narin Ghale (Castle), one of the oldest mud Castles in Iran along with a restored Caravanserai which now features a small carpet exhibit. Next we continue on to the beautiful city of Yazd. (B) Yazd City Tour UNESCO has declared Yazd to be the 2nd most historic city in the world. This ancient city is furnished with lovely winding streets and mosques of stunning beauty. The co-existence of the splendid fire temples and the holy sites of different religions astonish every visitor. For many, no visit to Iran would be complete without a visit to Yazd. We begin our sightseeing with a walking tour of the old city including visit Jameh Mosque, Water Museum, Alexander's Prison, the Amir Chakhmagh Mosque and Complex, Khan Bath and overnight in Yazd.(B)
Day 11 Day 12 Yazd City Tour After breakfast, visit the Silence Tower (Borj-e- Sokoot), the Zoroastrian Fire Temple, and Dolat Abad Garden. In the afternoon, visit Cham traditional village, evening visit local family and Iranian traditional food for dinner - overnight at hotel. (B) Yazd Mehriz - Kerman We begin our day by driving to the Kerman via Mehriz. After visiting Caravansary in this old city, then we continue to Kerman and transfer to your hotel for check- in. In the afternoon, visit Jome Mosque, Vakil Bazaar, Ganj Ali Khan Bath, Wax Museum, Movayedi Ice Storage and Ganj Ali Khan Square. Return to hotel.(b Day 13 Kerman Mahan - Bam After breakfast, drive to Bam to visit the biggest mud Brick monument in the world dating back to 2000 years ago. Next drive back to Kerman via Mahan to see the Shazdeh Garden as well as the Shah Nematoollah Vali Mausoleums. Overnight in Kerman. (B) Day 14 Day 15 Day 16 Tehran Departure In the morning, transfer to Kerman airport and fly to Tehran then fly to Shiraz. Upon Arrival in Shiraz transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon join a half day city tour visiting Hafez and Saadi Tombs (two of the greatest Persian Poets of 13 th and 14 th Centuries) and Delgosha Garden - overnight at hotel. (B) Shiraz: Persepolis the Ancient City of the Persians; Rock Tombs of Naqsh-e- Rostam and Pasargad This morning visit Persepolis, Naghshe Rostam and Naghsh-e-Rajab, the Heritage Site including the Gate of All Nations, the Hall of a Hundred Columns, the Great Stairway, the Apadana Palace, the Palace of Artaxerxes III, the Royal Treasury, the Imperial Stable and the Chariot House. The morning is dedicated to Persepolis and in the afternoon we visit Naqsh-e-Rostam whose 4 rock tombs are said to be the final resting place of Achaemenian Sovereigns such as Xerxes, Darius the Great, Artaxerxes I and Darius II. We also stop at Naqsh-e- Rajab to see the magnificent Sassanian bas-reliefs carved into the rock face followed by a visit to Pasargad (the tomb of Cyrus the Great). Return to Shiraz. Transfer to your hotel. (B) Shiraz Firooz Abad We continue to Firoozabad where we explore the Great Palace of Ardashir Babakan, which dates back to 260 AD. This area of Iran is home to many nomadic tribal groups. We continue our journey to Shiraz for dinner and overnight.(b) Day 17 Shiraz City Tour
After breakfast visit the Nasirolmolk Mosque, Eram Botanical Garden, Naranjestan Palace and Vakil Bazaar. In the Afternoon, we continue our Shiraz journey with visit to Afif Abad Garden and Karim Khan Citadel. In the evening, we will having a farewell dinner in a traditional Restaurant.
