The average Christian is completely unaware of the two men who introduced the socalled new and improved Greek text upon which the modern versions are based. They didn t like the Greek text on which the King James Version was based, so in 1881 they invented their own. Westcott and Hort s goal was to undermine Christians confidence in the Bible, as the absolute inerrant final authority, to turn people to Rome for interpretation. Absolute and clear evidence has shown that both Westcott and Hort were unbelievers, not born again, whose open Vatican sympathies show them to be Jesuit plants to sabotage English Protestantism, the KJV Bible and the Textus Receptus (the old Greek text) on which it is based. WHY WOULD YOU TRUST MEN LIKE WESTCOTT AND HORT TO CORRECT THE KJV KNOWING THAT THEY DIDN T BELIEVE IN: 1. Bible infallibility 2. New Testament miracles 3. Creation 4. A literal devil 5. Heaven 6. Christ s second coming 7. Christ s substitutionary death 8. Inviting people to receive Christ as Saviour 9. Traditional theology. HE DIDN T. God produced the KJV based on the original and authentic texts. God didn t need the corrupt and unsaved Westcott & Hort using corrupt texts to give Him a hand! Rupert Murdoch, the man who owns the NIV, has received the honorary title Knight Commander of St Gregory from the Pope. This title is awarded to people who have promoted the interests of the Roman Catholic church and have contributed heavily to its institutions. The Roman Catholic system hates the King James Version of the Bible as they can t prove their doctrines with it. But not so with the NIV and other modern versions. Would Rupert receive a knighthood if he had been publishing the KJV? Hardly. WHO IS CARLO M MARTINI? Cardinal Carlo Martini, a Vatican Jesuit, heads up the UBS (United Bible Society) which oversees the NIV translation committee. He also heads the Doctrine of Faith, previously known as the Holy Office since 1542. Before that it was called The Holy Inquisition! The Jesuits control the corrupted New Greek Text on which the NIV is based. WHAT ARE VATICANUS AND SINAITICUS? They are two corrupt Greek texts to come out of the 2nd and 3rd Centuries. You see when the original books of the New Testament were written, there were evil people who set about to destroy them. They couldn t successfully do this, so they started to write their own alternative version of the New Testament. One of the main opposes was Origen (2nd Century) who denied the Deity of Jesus Christ, just like the Mormons and the Jehovah s Witnesses do. The Vaticanus manuscript can be traced to this period. DO VATICANUS & SINAITICUS AGREE? When criminals get caught by the police, they can t get their story straight because they re lying. When you tell the truth you don t have to lie. That s why Vaticanus and Sinaiticus don t agree - they disagree with each other 3061 times & that s just in the Gospels alone! WHERE AND WHEN WERE THEY FOUND? They were found in the mid 1800 s. The Vaticanus manuscript was found in the Pope s care in the Vatican library and the Sinaiticus manuscript was found in a Roman Catholic convent at Mt Sinai. SUSPICIOUS? Quite simply, they were full of corruptions and nobody could sell them to a buyer. If they were the true text, somebody would have paid good money for them, regularly used them and worn them out. DID THE 1611 KING JAMES TRANSLATORS HAVE ACCESS TO VATICANUS & SINAITICUS? They certainly did and they dismissed them out of hand as corrupt and worthless. Not only that, Erasmus wouldn t use them when he compiled his Bible in the 14th Century. NIV SUPPORTS ROME S DOCTRINE! 1. Acts 8:37 disproves Catholic INFANT BAPTISM. The NIV omits this verse. 2. Having IDOLS IS PAGAN. The NIV omits this warning in 1Cor 10:8 and 2 Sam 5:21 3. Luke1:28 shows that MARY is just one AMONG WOMEN. The NIV omits this. 4. The NIV in John 1:42 hides the meaning of PETER BEING A STONE. 5. The NIV in Peter 1:18 omits Peter s rebuke of 1. HUMAN TRADITION. 6. The NIV leaves out most of Luke 9:54-56. Why? Roman Catholicism between 1100-1800 AD has killed by TORTURING OR BURNING, 68 million who rejected Roman Catholic doctrine. Luke 9:54-56 in the KJV clearly teaches us that it is WRONG FOR US TO BURN WITH FIRE, TORTURE OR DESTROY MEN S LIVES WHO REJECT THE GOSPEL. 7. The NIV in Rev 17:6 does not remind the Roman Catholics of their MARTYRING CHRISTIANS. 8. MARY HAD OTHER CHILDREN. The word FIRSTBORN is left out in Matthew 1:25. 9. NIV omits Matt 23:14 to DEVOUR WIDOWS HOUSES. This refers to purgatory payments. 10. The NIV in James 5:16 here changes faults to sins which ALLOWS CONFESSIONS OF SINS TO A PRIEST. 11. The NIV adds with the PRIESTLY DUTY to Romans 15:16. This supports their elevation of their priesthood system. 12. The NIV in Matthew 6:7, removes the warning against VAIN REPETITION prayers e.g. Hail Mary s WHY ARE VERSES LEFT OUT OF THE NIV? We are told that many verses are left out of the NIV because they aren t in the Greek text. Of course they are in the true Greek texts on which the KJV is based, but not in Westcott and Hort s corrupted Greek text, based on two manuscripts - Vaticanus and Sinaiticus. AREN T THE NIV TRANSLATORS GODLY MEN? The UBS has had 4 editions of the new Greek text (all different) and modern naive Bible translators are given passages to translate. They have believed the lie told them by the Jesuit, Cardinal Martini that the new Greek text is based on recent discoveries of manuscripts and advanced methods of texual criticism. Like blind mice on a treadmill, they think they re translating God s Word from the Greek. They re not! Westcott and Hort sold the world a lie. The word Hell is removed 40 times; fornication and sodomites are totally removed to accommodate alternate lifestyles; God is removed 48 times; Jesus is removed 87 times; Christ removed 52 times; Lord taken out 39 times; Christ as Master removed 29 times; carnal is gone; chaste cannot be found; the mercy seat is stolen 53 times; the devil is removed 25 times; Jehovah has gone; Godhead is gone; Lucifer disappears; wonderful words like propitiation, impute, remission, regeneration are nowhere at all; Amen is removed 21 times (so Jesus can t be so emphatic). THE NIV REMOVES 64,576 WORDS - OVER 8% OF GOD S WORD! This is equivalent of ripping out the following 30 books: Ruth, Esther, Ecc, Song of S, Lamentations, Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Hab, Zeph, Haggai, Mal, Col, 1 & 2 Thess, 1 & 2 Tim, Titus, Philemon, James, 1 & 2 Peter, 1 & 2 John and Jude! Large parts of 238 verses also removed! JESUS CHRIST DOWNGRADED IN THE NIV? His deity; His equality with God; His omnipresence; the Trinity; as the Son of God; as the Creator; the virgin birth; as the Master; as Lord; as Jesus; as Christ; as begotten; as mediator; come in the flesh; heirs through Christ; coming to save lost sinners; as cornerstone; His bodily resurrection; His ascension; His blood necessary for forgiveness; by grace not works; everybody will not be saved; Jesus never sinned; punishment for unbelief; belief on Christ necessary; literal hell; The gospel of Christ; judgment in hell; He doesn t need a co-redeemer. (See 1 Sam 17:51 & 2 Sam 21:19) *The NIV has the words of Mark 1:2 as the words of Isaiah. Look up Mal 3:1 & see whose words they are. *The NIV doesn t have Christ come in the flesh See I John 4:3. Denial of this is the spirit of antichrist. WHO HELPED WITH THE NIV? The selector of all personnel of the initial translation committee & co-ordinator of all work on this version says: It is a great error that in order to be born again, man must first accept Jesus Christ as his Saviour. An editor of the NIV says: The Bible is God s message and not His words. Another NIV editor: The Bible is `the words of men - a literary production. Another NIV editor: Hell refers only to death, not to any punishment. Another NIV editor: The terms `hell and `grave are the same. WHO TRANSLATED THE NIV? The head of the Old Testament, Dr Martin Woudstra, was a sodomite and homosexual and Dr Virginia Molienkott, a professed lesbian, was a member of the NIV translation committee. ALARMING? ABSOLUTELY!
