There is a full moon on the first night of the Feast of Tabernacles.
The first day of the Feast is a Holy Day, an Annual Sabbath Day. We meet together to learn about the Feast and about the soon coming Kingdom of God.
And it shall come to pass in the last days that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains Isaiah 2:2
and all nations shall flow unto it. And many people shall go and say Isaiah 2:2-3
Come you, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob Isaiah 2:3
and He will teach us of His ways, and we will walk in His paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. Isaiah 2:3
And He shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares... Isaiah 2:4
and beat their spears into pruning hooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more. Isaiah 2:4

The Feast of Tabernacles pictures the end of the harvest time. We should give thanks to God for loving us so much, because He provides all that we need.
Now in the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and called out, saying, If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. John 7:37
And after seeing it, Jesus was upset, and said to them, Allow the little children to come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God. Mark 10:14
The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones, Ezekiel 37:1
And He said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, you know. Ezekiel 37:3
