November 2017 Warwick hosts an annual Dignity at Warwick event in November to remind staff, students and the wider Warwick community that there is an expected level of behaviour at Warwick. Warwick s approach to tackling harassment and bullying is by emphasising positive behaviour and the responsibilities that we all have to respectfully challenge inappropriate behaviour when we see it. There are 23 Dignity Contacts who are available for staff to approach to discuss any concerns they may have with regard to discrimination/ harassment or bullying. The Dignity Contacts provide a and can give guidance on the options available for individuals to take to stop the unwanted behaviour.
