]Ten Advices for the Hit and Run People[ In the name of Allah the Merciful :In the name of Allah and prayers and peace upon the prophet of Allah, and thereafter These ten pieces of important advice are written for the brothers in (individual jihad) especially, and among the other people of the jihad in general = to be of increased certainty for them, and Allah says: So fight in the cause of Allah, you are not held responsible except for yourself. And incite the believers that perhaps Allah will restrain the might of those who disbelieve. And Allah is greater in might and stronger in punishment. (al Nisa a, Ayat 84) Ibn Hazm, may Allah have mercy on him, said: And this is a speech directed at all Muslims and everybody is commanded to do the jihad even if there were no one with him. And Allah.alone is the Guide - More Seeking of Allah s Forgiveness & Showing Deficiency -

Ibn al Qayyim says about his sheik: And I saw Sheikh al Islam, may Allah sanctify his soul, if he was given issues and had nightmares he fled from it to repent and ask forgiveness from Allah. And he sought assistance from Allah and turned to Allah, and his difficulties were taken away. And the coffers of his mercy were opened, and rarely does the divine assistance continues successively, and divine conquests draws near in its signs, and there is no doubt that whoever has agreed with this lack of knowledge and state, and his heart followed the fields of right and intention and he was given his luck for reconciliation. And he who was forbidden by him, the path and the companion were denied, and when he is appointed with this deficiency in exerting effort in achieving what is right, and he has followed the straight path, and that is the virtue of Allah which he bestows on whosoever he wills, and Allah.possesses great virtue - More Saying of There is no might nor power except in Allah - This phrase, which Ibn Taymiyyah also says: A phrase of seeking help? Not a term of recovery, and many of the people say this phrase with misfortunes in receding status, and they say it anxiously and not patiently. And regarding its influence and its work he says:. The statement carries a heaviness and bears the horrors and obtains a high status And Ibn al Qayyim s student says in good words: and this phrase has a wonderful influence in curing difficult situations, and enduring hardship, and affects the kings, and whoever is.afraid, and involved in terrors.and prophetic medicine says: The phase has wonderful influence in repelling the devil And there was a companion of the Emir Hubaib bin Muslima who liked, if he was meeting or resisting an entrenched enemy, he said: There is no might nor power except in Allah, and he fought daily against the Romans and lost, and the Muslims said it more and the fortress caved in. And at the time Umar Ma awiya took over Caesarea, he wrote: Thereafter: I overcame you in Caesarea and am cheerful of it and he sought assistance of Allah for them, and more said: There is no might nor power except in Allah the Highest and Greatest, Allah is our Lord and our trust and our hope and our Lord, certainly the Lord and certainly the.helper - Feel Your Courageous Heart & Remember the Hateful Ones -

Abu Muslim al Khurasani had said to his soldiers: Do you feel your courageous hearts? Verily they are the reason of triumph, and have your increased remembrance of the hateful ones? Verily they move us forward, and you have maintained obedience? Verily they are the.shield of the fighter - Do Not Spread Your Secret - It was said to Abu Muslim: With which thing did you achieve this matter? (Meaning the victory on the Bani Umiyyah) He said: I wore concealment, and I bore resolve, and I was constantly patient, and helped the predestined, and achieved my goal. And in this Mua wiya, may Allah be pleased with him, says: I did not spread my secret to anyone except long regret which has followed, and a severity of regret, and I did not put it on the sides of my chest and controlled it between my ribs, except to give me glory and remembrance, and high ranks and honour. And he.says: What you have silenced from your enemy, do not reveal it to your friend - Do Not Rush - And in this regard, Umar al Faruq, may Allah be pleased with him, says: and the war does not fix it except the man who knows opportunity and restraint. And al Muhallab bin Abi Safrah al Azdi says: Patience is in the passing consequences, it is better to hasten the.achievement of its consequences - Do Not Hesitate - Abu Muslim al Khurasani was saying to some of his associates: I you are given an order you disagree with a lot with others, one of them goes forth progressing and the other refraining, and I progress, and verily it attains revenge, and drives out the shame. And this phrase and it attains revenge and drives out shame reminds me of one of the brothers imprisoned in

the Arabian Peninsula, I saw him and heard him, and one of his orders was (Allah forgive him) that he hesitated in killing Pervez Musharraf in the Grand Mosque in Mecca, and he was close to him, and refraining overcame progressing, and he was discovered and arrested,!pervez Musharraf escaped, may Allah curse him, and corruption increased more in the land - Do Not Over Consider the Consequences - Considering the consequences is a good thing, and it was said The wise man is he who sees the target of his arrow from his aim, and like it Matters are not for the person who did not consider the consequences, except that doing it too much is disparaged, especially after reaching a decision, and Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, says: He who considers the consequences too much was not encouraged, and like it he who considers the.consequences is humble And if they had between their eyes determination, considering the consequences would be a.disaster The great scholar Mohammed Khader Hussein says: The decision is strong when the matter is regarded and confident that it stops the considering of the consequences, and prepared for it strongly. As for the weak decision, it is leaving oneself and giving way to the dangers, and remembering the consequences, this tempts the work, and this causes one to turn away from it until the chance goes away, and the time for the work goes wasted. It is a more stringent decision to empty your heart of each caller that would cause you to rescind your decision, and this determination was exemplified in Abd ar Rahman al Dakhil (falcon of the Quraish), when he came from the first going toward al Andalus, and he saw that it was beautiful, and thought about it and said: Verily this is the heart and the eye of the place, and verily I have worked on it as the most important and I consider its darkness, and verily I worked on it and my eagerness became dark and there is no need for me now. And its.response is to the owner - Do Not Change Your State of Being (Be Natural!( - Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, says: And who is exposed himself to the accusation, then do not be offended by who has the thought. And from some of the companions of the

prophet, peace and prayers upon him: And who exposes himself to the accusation, then do.not be offended except by himself - Do Not Give Up - Asma a, the daughter of Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with them, said to the sons of the Leader of the Faithful Abdallah bin az Zubayr, may Allah be pleased with him: Verily you were right to call to him and continue forth, and your friends were killed this way, and do not offer your neck so they can lay a trap for you. And it was said: Very I was right and when this happened to my friends my intention was weakened and this is not the action of free people, and nothing good came of it, how long will you remain in this world? Fighting is the best thing you can do in it oh Ibn Az Zubayr. And Allah strikes with the sword with.prestige, and I like who whips in humbleness And injustice is not tolerated with the same and humiliation will not be accepted in his free religion And in the land the dear ones are spared from harm, and in death they are spared from him if necessary And for the lesson of the sermon, read the series Allah then History published by the al Ma asada Media Institute (Dialogue with one of the survivors of the Palestinian branch) and (Meeting with a Prisoner in the Rafidha Prisons) and (Prison Destroyed Watching and Witnessed - Do Not Leave the Weapons - The Leader of the Faithful Abdallah bin az Zubayr, may Allah be pleased with him, says: Safeguard your swords just as you safeguard your faces and the man whose leaves his.weapon is like the unarmed woman

And in closing I say: Strive very hard in choosing (the target, and the place, and the time, and the means), even if you are struck with pain! And it is beneficial to view a clip (and don t burden yourself) and it is from the as Sahab Media Institute, and what came from it: It is not necessary to choose targets which have a large influence on the warring countries against Islam and the Muslims, whether those targets are military or diplomatic interests or economic interests, therefore target the heads of the disbelieving Imams who don t have faith and perhaps they are finished All of our jihadi work and our choices of targets must be consistent and harmonious with the general plan (strategy) for the mujahidin and its.service The goal has been completed and praise be to Allah, written by Abu Maryam al Azdi )Khurasan \ Muharram 1436(
