And if you greet your brothers only, what is unusual about that?... So be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect. Matthew 5:46-48 Why would Jesus challenge his followers to be perfect when it is an unattainable goal? Jesus knew his followers were sure to fail, just as with us today. In pursuit of perfection, however, we grow in faith and make the world around us a better place. What better example could there be of stewardship?

For more information call Dan Lancaster @ 270-668-3719 Marriage Moments A good marriage is not recognized by the absence of conflict, but the presence of peacemaking. One sign of a healthy marital relationship is the desire of a husband and wife to seek unity when there are disagreements and differences. (Family Minute) Parenting Pointers "Love your neighbor as yourself" (Leviticus 19:18) Generally, preachers generalize neighbor to mean beyond the person next door. But today, why not take it literally. With your child, choose a neighbor. Make them a treat or do a favor for them together.
