The statue was traveling to announce the upcoming exhibit 'Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs' starting on April 23 at the Discovery Times Square Exposition. Egyptology News Anubis in New York In anticipation of the special exhibition Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs at Manhattan's Discovery Times Square Exposition (April 23, 2010-January 2, 2011), a towering five-ton sculpture of the Egyptian god Anubis will sail into New York Harbor on March 23, 2010. There it will be juxtaposed for a time with the majestic Statue of Liberty. Hopefully the massive work, measuring 7.6 m (25 ft.) in height, will then take up temporary residence in Shubert Alley, directly opposite the traveling show's last and largest American venue (Arts Museum Journal, Stan Parchin, March 17, 2010). What is the awesome significance of this unusual visit? Is it just an innocent loan of a statue of Egyptian provenance to the city of New York?
46 Is there dark occultic revelation behind this intriguing pagan entity visiting America? Says Wickipedia Encyclopedia, Anubis was associated with the mummification and protection of the dead for their journey into the afterlife. He was usually portrayed as a half human, half jackal, or in full jackal form wearing a ribbon and holding a flail in the crook of its arm [Wickipedia]. The jackal was strongly associated with cemeteries in ancient Egypt, since it was a scavenger which threatened to uncover human bodies and eat their flesh [ibid.] The distinctive black color of Anubis did not have to do with the jackal [per se] but with the color of rotting flesh and with the black soil of the Nile valley, symbolizing rebirth. [ibid.] Anubis is depicted in funerary contexts where he is shown attending to the mummies of the deceased or sitting atop a tomb protecting it. In fact, during embalming, the head embalmer wore an Anubis costume. The critical weighing of the heart scene in Book of the Dead also show Anubis performing the measurement that determined the worthiness of the deceased to enter the realm of the dead (the underworld). After quoting the above references, he declares: I believe that everyone would agree that the modern state of Israel has been blessed with many miracles from the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. And likewise, much of their support first came through Great Britain and followed by the United States of America. Even though many who have emigrated to the land of Israel do give their thanks to God the Father, it still seems as if they have placed a greater trust in their own abilities, military, government and support of the US. But as long as they "trust" in themselves and the US, they have no need of the Savior, Yeshua. This, along with misperceptions of Christianity, and especially the deliberate blindness from God has resulted in very few recognizing their one true Lord... Many Bible scholars may or may not have seen the United States in the prophecies of the latter days. But even those who do see the US in the prophecies, do not see America supporting Israel. I doubt if the people in Israel will be capable of overcoming their blindness until they are forced into the realization that they cannot trust in other nations, their government, military or themselves. They will be forced to turn to their only true salvation, Yeshua. It appears to me as if that turning point came on March 23, 2010. On that day Israel was humiliated and rebuffed by our president, while the people of the United States were taken captive and the demon of death came to our shores. Forget the past, for

There are a multitude of articles reporting how the leaders of Israel were treated by the President of the United States on the evening of the 23rd. I will simply present one example that you can read on your own. Binyamin Netanyahu humiliated after Barack Obama dumped him for dinner Earlier that day President Obama had signed the Health Care Act which enables the government to bring the people under their control with the power of life and death. This was accomplished through significant corruption and coercion. This is exactly the same thing that occurred 77 years ago that very day by Adolph Hitler. Hitler s Enabling Act On March 23, 1933, the newly elected members of the German Parliament (the Reichstag) met in the Kroll Opera House in Berlin to consider passing Hitler's Enabling Act. It was officially called the Law for Removing the Distress of the People and the Reich. If passed, it would effectively mean the end of democracy in Germany and establish the legal dictatorship of Adolf Hitler. The distress had been secretly caused by the Nazis themselves in order to create a crisis atmosphere that would make the law seem necessary to restore order. On February 27, 1933, they had burned the Reichstag building, seat of the German government, causing panic and outrage. The Nazis successfully blamed the fire on the Communists and claimed it marked the beginning of a widespread uprising. On the day of the vote, Nazi storm troopers gathered in a show of force around the opera house chanting, Full powers or else! We want the bill or fire and murder!! They also stood inside in the hallways, and even lined the aisles where the vote would take place, glaring menacingly at anyone who might oppose Hitler's will. Just before the vote, Hitler made a speech to the Reichstag in which he pledged to use restraint. He also promised an end to unemployment and pledged to promote peace with France, Great Britain and the Soviet Union. But in order to do all this, Hitler said, he first needed the Enabling Act. A two thirds majority was needed, since the law would actually alter the German constitution. Hitler needed 31 non-nazi votes to pass it. He got those votes from the Center Party after making a false promise to restore some basic rights already taken away by decree.
48 The vote was taken - 441 for, only 84, the Social Democrats, against. The Nazis leapt to their feet clapping, stamping and shouting, then broke into the Nazi anthem, the Hörst Wessel song. They achieved what Hitler had wanted for years to tear down the German Democratic Republic legally and end democracy, thus paving the way for a complete Nazi takeover of Germany. I have noted in prior posts that President Obama is left handed. When he signed the Healthcare Reform Bill into law he used 22 black pens manufactured by Cross. This was an occult message that in signing this bill he held the keys to life and death in his hands. Congress passed this bill through a parliamentary process dubbed the Slaughter Solution. They have delivered the American people into the hands of evil men who will now make full use of that which has been given to them.... It was not coincidental that Anubis sailed past the Statue of Liberty on that day. This event had been planned and carefully choreographed. Announcements were made days earlier that Anubis would have a rendevous with Lady Liberty.... Satan ever seeks to imitate and supplant Yahweh. This is what Satan has planned, and Yahweh has given him permission to accomplish his desire in the land. America has been handed over to judgment as surely as Jerusalem was given into the hands of the king of Babylon in the days of Jeremiah.
