Ground #11 The Ministry Planning Review: An Appropriate Church Staff Evaluation Process Larry Glover-Wetherington Many churches are using job performance processes borrowed from business or academic institutions. Any job performance process used in the church must be in keeping with the gospel, both in its method and the manner in which it is done. It must proclaim and model the gospel. Main #123 You re A New Deacon! Now What? Dan Deaton Once elected a deacon, you were trained thoroughly on the biblical truths, calling, responsibilities and church expectations of deacon ministry.
