What style of Yoga do we teach? This training is designed for all styles and we naturally teach most of our practices following the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, which is typically called Hatha Yoga today. Next to the detailed study of basic Hatha Yoga postures, we offer our students a practical, intelligently structured Yoga Sequence, our Ananda8 Sequence that can be easily taught with confidence and competence right after your certification and creatively varied.
