Saint Germain July 4, 2012 I AM Saint Germain. I come this Fourth of July to address chelas mine! Keepers of the Flame! Your spiritual alchemy is the work of the ages! Now you are working at bringing about a gathering of my Keepers and I am grateful for what you have done thus far in the website work, in the plans for the July conference, in the putting together the program with decree leaders and decree sessions. May you not weary in well-doing as this is a new thrust for the Church Universal and Triumphant which we have not seen for many a year and you are the one who does this for the love of your heart for Sanat Kumara and I thank you. Portia thanks you. The Karmic Board thanks you. I ask you to love all people and to forgive and forgive and forgive, beloved. You will remember Peter's query, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, until seven times, but until seventy times seven. There are some of you who have been hurt by the leadership whether of the 1970's, 1980's, 1990's, 2000's, they have one and all been of the same ilk, have they not? Today we are celebrating our new freedom! We will not be done until the ruby ray angels sweep clean this community of these vestiges of tyranny that have kept one and all in terror of the misuse of the power of Mother, her jobs, her mantles! And then call forth the ruby ray judgment in the government of this nation at all federal and state levels, in international trade and military excursions. These are not the will of the Brotherhood to have the false hierarchy ensconsed itself in government. Whether you are engaged in challenging corruption in the economies of this nation or corrupt officials at every level of government, I direct your feet to the altar of God. Therefore with all the fervor of your being, offer your most profound prayers to Saint Michael the Archangel to intercede who have hurt the Keepers 1
who yet bear scars in their memory and make the calls from the altar of your heart to forgive and right these conditions. Call upon the law of forgiveness for yourself, for the Keepers. The absence of leadership from than a decade and more of headquarters has been to scatter the Keepers, who excommunicated the Church members, who controlled the comings and goings to this altar and of the Ascended Masters, of not giving the Keepers having the ability to uphold the mantle of the Mother of the Flame. The Ascended Masters have delivered their Word on this matter and we desire this no longer. We desire the next conference that you will be broadcasting the decrees for each of the time zones. And now the ruby ray descends upon these who have taken the powers of Mother's roles in the Church and misused the Light to hold hostage the Keepers, the staff, the Ascended Masters. It descends on those who are in or out of embodiedment who did this mockery of the Word and Work of the Ascended Masters. We desire that the morning decree slots be filled, and we desire the calendars posted on the Church website, we desire the 144 decree services around holidays, we desire the automatic signups for the 24-hour violet flame tag. These are the keys to the New Age. Let this be our celebration this Fourth of July. We will be free to move forward with Stump II, with the Keepers returning to this altar, with the building of the libraries, with the protection and upkeep of the teachings in preparation for the Golden Age. Has the Twelfth Planet group or has the Tucson ex-endeavor done harm to our efforts? Nay, you see the ruby ray judgment descends on the just and the unjust in this hour at Helios and Lord Sanat Kumara's coming. Thus what could be more joyous to you than to hear the old decree leaders to lead decrees? Yes, you have a love for your brothers and sisters and we desire to see you be able to share that love one for another. Aquarius is the age of freedom, but it is also the age of love. And that love personified in the people of earth gives us the wherewithal to carry the momentum of this civilization into new heights of attainment beyond your fondest dreams. Yes, in the name Jesus Christ, command Archangel Michael and the Seven Archangels to defeat the power brokers and the money changers who play their power-over-the-powerless roles while the Keepers go without the altar, go without the Light of the altar in their lives, the way-of-life teachings of Summit University that the leaders who are not chelas themselves do not walk or talk! These leaders have been removed and yet there remain the many guards who enact the power-over-the-powerless roles that are to leave within the 2
fortnight that our Church Universal and Triumphant might be able to go forward. It is a day of celebration this Fourth of July to finally be free of the Great Whore in this community! They shall not pass! I remind you that the Seven Archangels will send their legions of Light to do your bidding in answer to your impassioned mandates to them that they intercede with the Holy Kumaras on behalf of those who must find access to the abundant life from above. I remind you that many heavenly advocates defend the very honor of your soul and your body, all the while giving you ironclad protection as you call for the judgment of the Adversary. And I desire that you make calls continually on the devils, called the "Lord's Housebreakers." Call for their judgment, remove them from this community! They have wreaked havoc to cause the closing of Summit University, to remove the altar flame in Detroit, to scatter the Keepers, to cause the Keepers to distrust headquarters as they will not price the decree book under $10 when El Morya has asked for this in early 2011. Thus these who serve the dark forces must be removed from this community and must be gone in a fortnight that we might be assuring the Keepers it is safe to return back to the altar and for the permanent staff to return now. And this is what has occurred, if you had not been excommunicated, we took you out of the community for you were in harm's way staying here to take on the ways of wickedness. And not all but those who remained were you might say infected with the disease of death and hell that you saw no compliance with any portion of the February 2011 dispensations and the November Vote. Thus we will go forward without all this heavy baggage. Those who have unbalanced over 18% of their karma are in karma-making positions and are a heavy element in this community. Come home my beloved chelas! Come home my beloved staff! We will make this a Grand Old Fourth of July celebration that we have cleaned out the remnants of the Great Whore in this community, the false hierarchy walking and talking with the leaders and staff and not the walking and talking with the Ascended Masters as you remembered of Camelot and of the Ranch! We will make of our Lighthouse the Lighthouse of Love! Let there be the transformation into the light of the Spirit, from struggling under tyranny to soaring as a community free who can now chart your destiny unto the glory of your ascension. And has this not been the result of their takeover of the jobs and power in this community, you no longer believe in your ascension. We have had to name those who are candidates for the ascension. You wondered, why is it that the Ascended Masters never told us this when Mother was here, why now? 3
Back then, you were working on your ascension and this past decade caused you to lose faith in having the crystal cup offered to you at the end of this embodiedment. We do not give this knowledge out lightly and we have no guarantee that you will not misuse it either. I place my hand over yours, guiding you in your sacred labor as you work the works of alchemical change on the altar of your Holy Christ Self. This change will produce in you a self-transformation that will empower you to move from the darkness of the tomb of matter from Mother's absence and the consequent usurping of her power that has caused you to mistrust the staff and Church. Now I will address the Bozeman chelas. Many of you have heard the call and you did move to Bozeman. I ask you to support our headquarters, either in staff service or to make your study group one of the strongest study groups we might have for our chelas to gather there, that you might find a community of the sangha of the buddha which is the Lighthouse of Love. Some of you know you likewise are candidates to the ascension although we have not named you. Therefore I ask you to honor this request of mine that you maintain a strong altar and service that we see you through to your ascensions with you not letting go of the hand of the Gurus ascended and the way of life teachings, serving our mission where you can, being available to be called upon for service where you are able to go. Stay the course until the end of this embodiedment without forgetting how easy it is for tempter to come in a Rasputin or Samyama to tempt your soul. Have fear of the Lord, have fear that if you do not listen to El Morya you will lose your chelaship. Do not let go of the hand of the Guru, do not walk down the mountain and say goodbye. Do not take the teachings and call the Pearls "old Pearls" but you are doing all the way of life teachings you learned from Summit University. Be looking and waiting for the Lord to come to take you home when you are ripe for the taking, for the return journey home in the ascension. Be not concerned that your spiritual alchemy may be slow to start, for your work is the work of the ages and the Great White Brotherhood will protect you as long as you espouse its precepts and my motto: To Know, to Dare, to Do and to Be Silent. For in the secret chamber of your heart where the unfed flame burns on, you make your peace with Sanat Kumara, Gautama Buddha, Lord Maitreya, Jesus Christ, Padma Sambhava, the two Ascended Messengers and the Ascended Masters from the Church. We need you to help with conferences, with the publications, with the Antahkarana Project, the building of the libraries. And when you have a period of a few months, you can volunteer to serve for a project that all the mantles might be passed and not leave the Church to be left without the know-hows and the teachings you received either having served on staff or from hearing the many teachings Mother gave you when you were recording the decree audios, the teachings of Maitreya's Mystery School that you have written in your hearts. 4
Truly my gift of the violet flame to humanity is the alchemical key to world transformation. Nothing else can compare with it. And I say this unequivocally. For it is indeed the philosopher's stone. And you may use it liberally, whenever and wherever you need a boost to get you through your day. Your application of the violet flame in everything you do can make the difference as to the very survival of the human race. So take your decrees and exercise the science of the spoken Word every day for the rest of your life. The spoken word is God's gift of empowerment to everyone who will use his throat chakra to work the works of both a divine and a human alchemy in the secret chamber of his heart. I seal the alchemy of the age not only in your physical body but also in your desire body, your mental body and your etheric body. Your body is the temple of the living God. Therefore daily sweep clean the vessels of your temple with your violet-flame decrees so that your Saviour Jesus Christ might take up his abode in your temple and dwell within you until the hour of your ascension. Know then, beloved, that your spiritual and physical work intersect at the nexus of the heart chakra. You see, as you work the works of God on earth, you are dispensing Light through your heart chakra and through the secret chamber of the heart to the chakras above and below the heart. Above all, do not let a day go by that you do not commune with your Holy Christ Self. For your Holy Christ Self is your immortal self. And if you are to attain union with God, it is with this self that you must become one. Therefore, strive you must to maintain unbroken communion with your Holy Christ Self. This communion can be perpetual, waking or sleeping. Call to your Holy Christ Self to teach you how to magnify the energies of the Great Central Sun Magnet through the sounding of the Om. In addition, by alternating the sounding of the Om and your violet-flame fiats and mantras, you will see that the spiritual energies you channel into this octave are nothing less than stupendous. This is the vision and the victory I hold for you! The archives at our headquarters in Montana include reams of transcripts and audio- and video recordings of dictations and teachings that both Messengers have given from 1952 to the present. My friends, it is up to you. The birth of Aquarius can take but a short time or it can labor long and can languish for want of the people's fervor in the Holy Spirit. But one thing is certain: when you diligently exercise your dynamic decrees and embrace the living Word it will be a shorter time. In addition, we ask you to provide a calendar to headquarters of broadcasting the 144 decree services around holidays. I ask the Keepers there to volunteer to broadcast the morning decrees for your time zone from your homes and make this schedule available on the headquarters website for anyone to join in. 5
I ask you to broadcast the decrees for the weekly services. We do not have the staff at headquarters and I come to you this day from the Darjeeling Council that if you will see to the upgrading of your equipment that you broadcast the weekly services at this time until we have had more chelas trained from Summit University and at which time Edward Francis and the leaders will make changes going forward. See how what you do is of a power higher than your own. And that power, which is the all-power of God, will never fail you as long as you are right with God, your Mighty I AM Presence, and right with your fellow man. We seek not a continuation of the closed door policy of the past decade's leaders. We seek not the dweller on the threshold guarding of the altar and keeping you hostage but that all may imbibe in the Word and decrees. I ask you to link your broadcasts to the headquarters website. Think what is expedient: to have your own website, you can call upon the webmaster department to provide the broadband. Furthermore, I ask Carl Showalter to continue to preach the Word on Sundays and to make available the links that chelas might find the Sunday sermon. You can do as you have done in the past, to have Nancy and others to otherwise give the Sunday sermon when you are not available while our chelas in the various time zones do the decree service beforehand. We need Carl Showalter to broadcast the sermons, we need the Bozeman chelas to broadcast the services, we need all to be working together and maintain a semblance of a Church calendar that we are a church feeding the lambs of Christ. And Carl Showalter is one already on the CUT monastic elucidate who with Edward Francis can determine the direction of the religios after this cycle of transition from the older leadership ways to the new order. Think not then that the Brotherhood is a respecter of persons, places, things and conditions. We do not limit our Light to our members through socalled ministers, elders, self-proclaimed spiritual directors from headquarters. We are an antahkarana of Light that goes beyond physical boundaries, our hearts are tied in one when we look upon each other as brother and sister. From this day forward we are marching forward! We will not take "no" for an answer as the past leaders who have said "no" to our requests since February 2011, November Vote. Some of you were joyous to hear that we had not forgotten about the love ties you have for each other. That we have called for the judgment of those who keep you from expressing your love for each other and for Sanat Kumara, have you not? We have told you in years past that they cannot see our plans, we see theirs. Now you understand why we do not accept defeat, as we are the victors. 6
We will reopen Summit University with what resources we have as we will multiply the loaves and fishes in Jesus' name that with God all things are possible and we move forward, we do not retreat! We wield the Sword Excalibur! We will not take "No" for an answer! We are marching forward! We will not be deterred by the shenanigans of the false hierarchy to obstruct our moving forward by their sabotaging our website. Therefore you know the false hierarchy is always one step behind the Brotherhood. You thought if we did not begin the July conference on July 4 th, we had to admit defeat. May I say that we have not lost, we are the victors. For you see, there is only the will of God, the will of the Ascended Masters to do, and not the will, the will, the will, the will, the will of the false hierarchy. And we said we would begin when all was in readiness and our Keepers were on holiday on July 4 th and we would not have been able to start on that day and would need to wait for them to return first. We do so that you who are willing to live one day at a time without kingdom building for the false hierarchy will arrive at the ascension if you but keep on keeping on without all the phony pretenses at royalty, at being messenger this and that but act as the humble chela with chinks this and that, to not lord it over other chelas with the power that the jobs of the Brotherhood have. Be as good stewards and leave it at that, you are not messiahs, you are not making calls "for" your I AM Presence but you call "to" the Ascended Masters for every step of the way. Had it not been for the avatar Jesus Christ stepping in to mitigate the karma of 25,800 years in the tradition of the adepts of the East as Lord Maitreya, Gautama Buddha and Sanat Kumara had borne this karma before him that karma would have descended in full at the beginning of the Piscean age. But because Jesus chose to take embodiment and to fulfill his mission, this karma was mitigated by percentages and allowed to descend in a series of cycles that would last throughout the ages until balanced. As many of you know, you are the Second Coming of Christ, you all are the upholders of the mantle of the Mother of the Flame to representative Sanat Kumara in the earth, you have the authority of the people. You would do well to accept Sanat Kumara's disciplines, for the mantle of the Mother of the Flame must be upheld by you and you alone in this given cycle. I direct your attention to George Washington's Third Vision the dark cycle of mankind's returning karma which, according to the Great Karmic Board will descend unless you uphold the mantle of the Mother of the Flame. A dark cycle is a period when the Great Law mandates that mankind's cumulative negative karma be unleashed upon him according to his deeds. Now is the hour for sons and daughters of God who have proven themselves century after century to rise up and challenge the enemies of God on earth. And as you enter the dawn of Aquarius, those who have labored long 7
on behalf of the Great White Brotherhood shall receive their reward and they shall know an empowerment that they have not known for thousands of years. And you will see the return of the love and kindness shared once in Maitreya's Mystery School that has been absent in this community. As we move into this cycle, there is the falling away of the "angry boss" and Jekyll and Hyde syndromes in staff and Keepers. Some of you have grown wiser in this past decade, you know what the left-handed path looks like as you yourself saw it happening to many in this past decade. And as you come forth to fill these decree slots, these jobs to pass on the torches in the Antahkarana Project, you are not the same person, are you not? You are working at a higher level, you are so close to heaven that you yourself cannot believe you do hear the Ascended Masters speak to you, you do have a Guru-chela relationship, you do wear the mantles of the brothers and sisters who have gone on ahead of you in the ascension and you do hear their voice when they come to speak to you of the needs of the mission. Therefore, let the tenderness of your hearts increase. Purify the heart and the heart chakra. Expand love! Give love! And see how your love joined with others' will establish the foundation of the age of Aquarius. Decree leaders on the East Coast, come forth! Decree leaders on the West Coast, come forth! Come forth in Chicago, come forth wherever you are in this antahkarana of Light. Let us have this antahkarana of Light for all our Keepers to share their love for one another and for Sanat Kumara! Be not moved when surrounded by those who do not bear the flame of Christ's love in their hearts, for they shall not prevail. Do not engage in argument or criticism, condemnation and judgment. Do not engage in gossip. For by so doing you may sooner or later lose your soul. Instead seal your lips and simply say in your heart: Peace, be still and know that I AM God. Where nations do not maintain a universal devotion to the blessed Mother and to the Saviour, hardness of heart enters in. And unless this hardness of heart be broken, I cannot build anew temples made without hands, structured as chalices to contain civilizations yet unborn. No matter what the cost or how unpopular you may become, do not lose one erg of the Light that you have sealed in your chakras. To succeed in holding that Light is laudable. Let all of the forces of your being be consumed in this one-pointed desire to internalize God's Light and God's joy and the newness of God's eternality as he lives within each heartbeat. And rejoice that you are beginning to weave your deathless solar body in preparation for your ascent to God even in this life if you remain resolute to the end. Yes, I AM Saint Germain and this is my message. I have sent these to give you gifts from my heart. We have begun with the intransigence of this past 8
decade that are already being cast into the ruby ray that these karmic shadows and sowings of this decade be no more. And as you study the spiral of your desires, you see clearly both the lofty desires and the base desires. And you realize that as you submit yourself to the initiations of Jacob's ladder, from the base-of-the-spine chakra to the crown chakra, your desires are being transformed into a one-pointed desiring for the things of God. In the course of your soul's evolution on earth, from time to time you have, wittingly or unwittingly, misused the Light of the etheric body and the etheric chakras. Therefore, if you were to examine the fabric of your etheric body, you would have to admit that your garment is not pristine, for you have dragged it through the mud of your human consciousness. And that consciousness has left its telltale stains on the layers upon layers of filigree lace that one day, when purified, will make up your deathless solar body. And so, beloved, my concerns are great. But my coming to you is surely the fulfillment of one of my fondest hopes and that hope continues to be fulfilled before your very eyes. For you are our hope! You are our hope. And all elemental life has said through Pelleur, hierarch of the earth elementals: You are our hope! You are our hope! Every day that you give your violet-flame decrees, you are tackling human pollution and transmuting it on behalf of the nature spirits. These nature spirits count on you to supply them with oceans of violet flame so that they might rid the earth of the daily debris of mankind's negative karma. By thus supporting elemental life, you accrue good karma on your book of life. And every good deed you do to the glory of God accelerates your soul's ascent to God. Take into account, beloved ones, that if you have not already made your peace with your Holy Christ Self, you must do so before you retire this day. For the soul's progress on the path depends on the spiritual quality of her love for her Holy Christ Self, her Mighty I AM Presence and her brothers and sisters who are the ascending ones. In sum, the soul who does not cleave unto her Lord will not be found with him in the secret chamber of the heart. It is up to you to counsel your soul to strive daily to become the Bride of Christ, for thereby, with the assistance of the holy angels, she shall one day rise out of her cocoon and put on her immutable self. And unless and until she attain immutability, the soul is vulnerable. I am pouring my love to you so that you might experience the quickening and the awakening of your soul. And this communion of our fiery hearts can make all the difference in the bonding of our hearts in community going forward as an antahkarana of Light in a oneness with Sanat Kumara. May you never forget to forgive, for God shall remember your example, on earth as well as in heaven. And in gratitude for others' forgiveness of you, I 9
say, Share the Teachings! Quicken people's understanding of them! And open the door of the decrees, of enlightenment to all! Go forth and multiply this teaching here, there and everywhere! And may those who have a receptive ear take my words and broadcast the decrees as a shout from the housetops where you are. Send them to the four corners of the earth through internet broadcast and every other means available until all the world receives the message of the Everlasting Gospel and Ascended Masters is become a household word. Yes, multiply the Word of God and that of your mentors of the spirit until you yourself become that Word in the flesh. You saw the outplaying of Revelations, it is said: They that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, the dead bodies of the two witnesses, and make merry. And shall send gifts one to another because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth. As an unascended chela, you must therefore be the watchman on the wall of your own soul consciousness. Unless you do this assiduously, fallen angels and demons will have entrée into the sanctuary of your heart and your seat-ofthe-soul chakra and they will be able to steal the crumbs of Light from the Master's table. Do not for a moment think you are unworthy, you are not a trained decree leader. You must think of yourself as a transmitter of the Light of the Word which is the true meaning of what it takes to be a decree leader. Take one step and one day at a time. Do what you know today, improve on it, send love to your brothers and sisters on the internet, they love to hear from you, they wait to hear from you. They desire to share the oneness that we have on the inner to be on the outer. This for one and all has been a sorrowful decade to be praying in the closet, to use ones decree book in hiding. They desire to be one family of God and desire to come out of the closet along with you, along with the moving caravan of El Morya to the ascension. 10
