Please note the following: Invoices for the Spring and Summer Terms will be sent out prior to the beginning of each term with due date of fees clearly stated. Payments can be made directly via electronic banking to our BNTB bank account 20-006- 060-889102-100. Please include the invoice number/student name in memo section to ensure your payment is allocated correctly. Checks should be made out to Menuhin Foundation and can be mailed or handed to the music teacher. Payments by cash must be advised to our office administration to ensure timely update of your child s record. You may email us at trustees@menuhin.info or via telephone # 295-4093 It is the responsibility of all Menuhin Foundation students to attend their lesson at the allocated lesson time every week. One make up lesson ONLY can be offered per student and ONLY as the result of the teacher being absent. This will be given in the make-up week at the end of the Summer Term. It is not possible to arrange for refunds or adjustments to fees if a student misses lessons. Students who will not be continuing with lessons are asked to inform the Foundations Administrator by phone or email before the Summer Term begins, so that their name can be removed from the enrolment list and the time made available for a new student.
