Operation: Blitzkrieg II Operation Blitzkrieg II is the official code name of the organization's second initiative to cover the Foundation Week. This document is the official Operations manual to be distributed to every involved member, event organizers and other people deemed necessary to be given one. Every member involved shall submit a documentation or a pseudo-short story of their task. In the documentation, Credit everyone that deserves Credit, inkwento mo ang mga taong tumulong sayo, especialy the people not on this list. Remember, lets take documentation, archiving and the preservation of our history very seriously. BAWAL ANG LATE! The performances of members involved shall be recorded in their La Ligan Records (Mostly in their Certificate of Full Membership). Members who attend what they agreed upon will get a Smiling Sun in the official website but if they did not show up or was excessively late then they will get a Crying Cloud. Immediate Data Transfer. All operators that operate digital cameras shall be assumed responsible for transferring data out of the Camera Storage Media to a 'safe' Storage Media. Duties of the Leaders Operation Leader. The leader that will supervise every aspect before, during and after Operation: Blitzkrieg II. The operation shall require him to be present at all covered events whenever possible with absences minimized. The Operation Leader shall not interfere with the Cover Leader's field work on the cover event unless he himself is the Cover leader. The Leader shall also be the top hierarchy of the funding system of the operation. Unless otherwise, in the case a situation aroused whereby the operational pre-sets fail to anticipate then Operation Leader shall assume leadership over the unexpected aspect. Cover Leader. The leader whom is assign to lead the coverage of a specific event. Not to be confused with The Cover Leader with a Cover Leader. The Cover Leader shall see through the overall coverage of the Specific Event. The Cover Leaders shall be the second hierarchy of the funding system of the operation. A Cover Leader shall not be confused as The Cover Leader's Aide. Jr. Bureaucratic Leader. The leader that will lead the documentation of the organization's videos coverage of the event. The operation shall require the Jr. Bureaucratic Leader to have aides. Documentation will be the second most priority, next to the coverage itself, as long as the entire operation is concerned. The leader and his aides are responsible for identifying contestant names and duration. Photographic Leader. The leader whom is assigned to photographed the organization's coverage. Don't confuse this task with photographing the events of the foundation week, this task is solely for photographing the organization's task for its documentation, but if the leader deems photographing a certain happening in the event necessary to the documentation of the organization task, therefore IRPGIG. The task is comparable with a 'behind the scenes' task, that being said, the leader may also take videos. Food Leader. The leader that will assure that the leaders and aides of the operation are well feed and thirst-free. In the case that the true organizers of the Foundation Week donate food to the operators, the Food leader shall assume command of its distribution. Foods should delivered after an event. 5
Final Assumptions In the case that situations aroused that this operational pre-sets fail to anticipate that demands immediate attention and decisions all operators shall have the power to make the decisions for the greater success of the operation. Guideline: The organization reserves the right to retract all it operations at any time if a situation arousex that treated any of our equipment as deemed by the Cover Leaders. January 23 Saturday Dry Run for Cheering Competition (12:00 nn 3:00 pm) Injunction with Trip Session 5, the organization along with the SSG shall test the equipment especially the wires and audio. All cover leader are recommended but discourage to be absent at this dry run. January 28 - Thursday Opening Ceremony of the Exhibit (8:00 am 10:00 am) Although the exhibit will extent up to the 4 th of February, the organization shall cover only the opening and closing ceremony of the exhibit. Location: Casal Study Area Cover Leader - Exhibition Opening Shanella Mari Bucacao Parreñas February 1 Monday Mass (9:00 am 10:00 pm) The morning mass shall not be covered by the organization. Sportsfest Basket Ball (10:30 am 12:30 pm) The Sportsfest has 5 sub-events: basketball, volleyball, badminton, chess and scrabble. The organization shall only cover two of the events: Basketball and Volleyball. The entire sport feast has aduration of 10:30 am to 7:30 pm. This event will feature TIP mla v. Sportsfest Volleyball (12:30 pm 2:30 pm) The Volleyball contest. TIP mla v. TIP qc Cover Leader - Volleyball, SF Michael Oliver Jackielyn Eugenio Mixed Dance (4:00 pm 7:00 pm) The mixed dance is also called street dance. A by department competition of purely dance. Location: Teletubbies Garden Cover Leader - Mixed Dance Kristel Kwin Talingdan Ycong February 2 Tuesday Roche Myers Ecat Blood Letting (7:00 am c. a. 12:00 nn) The organization cannot cover a whole day event both in equipment and people. February 3 Wednesday Cheer Dance (8:00 am 12:30 pm) The biggest challenge amongst all of the organization's task not only in Operation: Blitzkrieg II but also in all of our yearly activities. Location: PE Center Cover Leader - Quiz Bee Mary Dawn Garcia TIP Model (6:00 pm 9:00 pm) The Model Show whose popularity is only second to the Cheer Dance competition. The organization shall, like the Cheer Dance competition shall be projected through a screen in the front, although priority shall not be raised on the projection matter, the organization should not ignore the possibilities. Important: This is the only event to be covered by the operation outside the Manila Campus, take caution especially in making sure that Digital Cameras are safely used and facilitated.
