WORSHIP NOTES Tonight, you can choose your favorite song, for the hymnsing. There will be NO Sunday School or Catechism next Sunday, due to the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Greg Steggerda of Orange City will be leading us in worship next Sunday. Pastor Al will be taking his quarterly Sunday. CONGREGATIONAL NOTES Advance notice ~ Our Church s Christmas program will be held on Sunday afternoon, December 17 at 5PM. Practices will be Sunday mornings, Dec. 10 and Dec. 17 during Sunday School and Catechism. The Fellowship Committee will again be hosting a Thanksgiving Dinner, on Thursday, November 23 after the Thanksgiving worship service that day. Sign-up sheets for attending, donating, helping are on the literature table. A Bridal Brunch for Emily Eriks (fiancée of Todd Verhoef) will be on Friday, November 24 from 10-11:30 at church. All church women are invited to join the family for this shower. Look for the Giving Tree in the Fellowship Hall next Sunday. As a church family we are again adopting families during the Christmas season. The gifts need to be back under the tree by Dec. 10- with tags attached. The Fellowship Committee Cornerstone Prison Church is requesting donations of Fudge & Homemade Christmas cards for inmates. These items should be brought to the church kitchen by sometime, Sunday, December 3. For all of those they wish to touch with these Christmas items, 5,000 Christmas cards and 15,000 pieces of fudge are needed. Please consider this special ministry to many who may not be remember any other way during the Christmas season. (The fudge recipe & packaging requirements given must be used copies of this are on the literature table) (Christmas cards must be made according to directions - on literature table)

A girl who is new to the program recently told a volunteer, I don t have to worry about not having a friend here yet because I have you as a friend!. This blessing of children means there is a need for more regular volunteers to build relationships with the kids that come. We are looking for people (male and female) to volunteer 2 hours a month.
