Yet you are a man and not a god, though you set your heart as the heart of a god 3 Behold, you are wiser than Daniel! There is no secret that can be hidden from you! 4 With your wisdom and your understanding you have gained riches for yourself and gathered gold and silver into your treasuries. 5 By your great wisdom in trade you have increased your riches and your heart is lifted up because of your riches.

They will lay your stones, your timber and your soil in the midst of the water. READ: 2 CHRONICLES 26:6 6 Uzziah went out and made war against the Philistines. He broke down the wall of Gath, the wall of Jabneh and the wall of Ashdod. He built cities around Ashdod and among the Philistines.

I will turn My hand against Ekron. And the remnant of the Philistines shall perish, Says the Lord GOD.

The word of the LORD is against you, O Canaan, land of the Philistines. I will destroy you; So there shall be no inhabitant. 6 The seacoast shall be pastures, with shelters for shepherds and folds for flocks. 7 The coast shall be for the remnant of the house of Judah. They shall feed their flocks there. In the houses of Ashkelon they shall lie down at evening. For the LORD their God will intervene for them and return their captives.

There is no more strength. 11 He stretched out His hand over the sea, He shook the kingdoms. The LORD has given a commandment against Canaan To destroy its strongholds.

READ: NEHEMIAH 4:7-8 7 Now it happened, when Sanballat, Tobiah, the Arabs, the Ammonites, and the Ashdodites heard that the walls of Jerusalem were being restored and the gaps were beginning to be closed, that they became very angry, 8 All of them conspired together to come and attack Jerusalem and create confusion. They will accept their guilt, because they despised My judgments and because their soul abhorred My statutes. 44 Yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, nor shall I abhor them, to utterly destroy them and break My covenant with them; for I am the LORD their God. 45 But for their sake I will remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations, that I might be their God: I am the LORD.
