This is to advise that as per the notification from PTCL (Paistan Telecommunication Limited) dated 7 th July,2015 following amendments is made in PTCL bill collection operational procedure. 1. Branches will punch the stubs of their PTCL bills in computer through the PTCL provided cloud based technology themselves effective from 10 th July, 2015. URL Address to login on PTCL cloud based software is mentioned hereunder, all tellers/ cashiers need to provide (copy paste) the said URL in their web browser to login. For obtaining the log in ID and password for logging In the PTCL software, all branch managers should contact their respective MIS wing. Designated officers of MIS wing will provide support to login for stub punching in PTCL cloud / URL based software by the tellers / cashiers of the concerned branch. Preferably, the settings including URL and proxy settings should be done at the computer of the Teller / Cashier where the PTCL bills are purport to be received. URL address. Cash / funds received for bills in daily routine will be dealt with as per existing operational process of crediting PTCL collection account at branch level with the concerned branch and then the entire
funds will be remitted through online before day end to Lahore Main Branch PTCL main collection account. 3. Branches will not deduct commission on PTCL bills received at their counter upfront. The existing process of upfront commission deduction is amended. 4. Branches through PTCL online web based portal after the stubs punching will print out following reports. In any such eventuality PPCBL branches where PTCL bill collection is been made will be responsible for the fine / financial penalty charged by PTCL for pecuniary, agreement violation, financial and other losses occurred because of non-following the operation instructions mentioned above by the branches staff of PPCBL. Main Branch of every zone will be a Hub branch for PTCL bill punching, in an eventuality branch face any problem or issue in PTCL bill punching, they can forward the stubs to their main branch for punching the same in PTCL web based software.
