The Word The Spirit The Sword of of of GOD The LORD The SPIRIT It is written that,...the word of God [is] quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword (Hebrews 4:12), and the sword of the Spirit is the word of God (Ephesians 6:17).

The Spirit of GOD "In the beginning GOD created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep. And The Spirit of GOD moved upon the face of the waters (Genesis 1:1, 2).

The Spirit of GOD GOD by HIS Word--HIS Spirit created The Heavens And The Earth

The Spirit of GOD The Heavens But GOD has revealed by HIS Word--HIS Spirit that, "...the earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep (Genesis 1:2).

The Spirit of GOD The Heavens Although GOD by HIS Word--HIS Spirit created both the heavens and earth, HE, by saying that the earth was without form and void, HE was revealing the fact that darkness was upon the face of the deep before the earth was created. The question then is this: What was this darkness that was upon the face of the deep?

The Spirit of GOD The Heavens It is written that, Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from The Father of lights, with WHOM is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. Of HIS OWN will begat HE us with The Word of Truth..." (James 1:17, 18).

The Spirit of GOD The Heavens There is no shadow of turning with GOD, because HE like the sun has no dark side. HE gives The LIGHT of Truth by HIS Word to all. Every good and perfect gift comes from HIM, WHO of HIS OWN Will begat HE both angels and man by The Spirit of Truth,...Who maketh His angels spirits, and His ministers a flame of fire (Hebrews 1:7).

The Spirit of GOD It is written that, "...The Mercy of The LORD [is] from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear HIM, and HIS Righteousness unto children's children; To such as keep HIS Covenant, and to those that remember HIS Commandments to do them (Psalms 103:17, 18).

The Spirit of GOD The LORD hath prepared HIS throne in the heavens; and HIS kingdom ruleth over all. Bless The LORD, ye HIS angels, that excel in Strength, that do HIS Commandments, hearkening unto The Voice of HIS Word. Bless ye The LORD, all [ye] HIS hosts; [ye] ministers of HIS, that do HIS pleasure. Bless The LORD, all HIS works in all places of HIS dominion: bless The LORD, O my soul (Psalms 103:19-22).

The Spirit of GOD By The Word--HIS Son, The LORD made His angels to excel in Strength, and they were instructed to Bless The LORD, which means, to sanctify, to consecrate, or to exalt The LORD by doing HIS Commandments, by hearkening unto The Voice of HIS Word. The angels were to bless The LORD in doing HIS pleasure, by obeying The Voice of HIS Word, to sanctify, to consecrate and exalt HIM by HIS Word, by Whom also HE rules over all HIS Kingdom.

The Spirit of GOD It is also written to, "Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, Thou art very great; Thou art clothed with Honour and Majesty. Who coverest [Thyself] with Light as [with] a garment: Who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain: Who layeth the beams of HIS chambers in the waters: Who maketh the clouds HIS chariot: Who walketh upon the wings of the wind: Who maketh HIS angels spirits; HIS ministers a flaming fire" (Psalms 104:1-4).

The Spirit of GOD GOD by HIS Word of Truth made many angels. One of these angels was named Lucifer, whose name means Light-bearer. As every good gift and perfect gift comes down from GOD--The Father of Lights, HE--GOD by HIS Word of Truth made Lucifer to have the high privilege of representing The Light of GOD S Word of Truth to all.

The Spirit of GOD But he dishonored The LORD God by breaking The Commandments of GOD. The LORD instructed HIS Word, to speak HIS Words unto this angel, saying, "...Because thine heart [is] lifted up, and thou hast said, I [am] a God, I sit [in] the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou [art] a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God: Behold, thou [art] wiser than Daniel; there is no secret that they can hide from thee:

"With thy wisdom and with thine understanding thou hast gotten thee riches, and hast gotten gold and silver into thy treasures: By thy great wisdom [and] by thy traffic hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches: Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God; Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness. They shall bring thee down to the pit, and thou shalt die the deaths of [them that are] slain in the midst of the seas. Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I [am] God? but thou [shalt be] a man, and no God, in the hand of him that slayeth thee. Thou shalt die the deaths of the uncircumcised by the hand of strangers: for I have spoken [it], saith the Lord GOD" (Ezekiel 28:2-10).

From Genesis to the book of Ezekiel where the words about Lucifer are recorded, the meaning of the word man in Hebrew has more than 44 different meaning to describe man. One of the most used definitions given to describe man is the Hebrew word #376 iysh which is read like eesh. The meaning focuses on man, male (in contrast to woman, female), human being, person (in contrast to God). The other most used definition to describe man in Hebrew is #120, which means adam {aw-dawm'}, a man like the prince of Tyrus. But in the spiritual understanding of Ezekiel 28; by revealing the anointed cherub was a man, The LORD by HIS Word was making a contrasting statement, to say that the cherub--angel was, as the prince of Tyrus, who was compared to the creation of a man in contrast to The Eternal GOD and HIS Son, Who are not created beings, because HE by HIS Son is The Source of Light of Life.

The Word of The LORD said to him, "Thou [art] the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee [so]: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Thou [wast] perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: "therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffic;

"therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never [shalt] thou [be] any more" (Ezekiel 28:14-19).

The LORD has revealed that HE will bring strangers--the terrible of the nations upon this cherub, to draw their swords against the beauty of his wisdom, to defile his brightness, to bring him down to the pit, to die the deaths of them that are slain in the midst of the seas, because he broke GOD S Covenant Word of Life, to declare that he was also God, and led many to depart from doing GOD S Will. As The Father of Lights begat the angels by HIS Word of Truth, Satan became the father of all, who followed him by their belief in his lies, which darken their minds against The Truth of GOD'S Word of Light and Life.

Before the heavens and the earth and man were created to reveal The Truth of GOD'S glory, The Word of GOD, Who reveals The Spirit and Character of GOD, He revealed that The LORD said unto Him, saying, "For, lo, I will call all the families of the kingdoms of the north, saith the LORD; and they shall come, and they shall set every one his throne at the entering of the gates of Jerusalem, and against all the walls thereof round about, and against all the cities of Judah. And I will utter my judgments against them touching all their wickedness, who have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other gods, and worshipped the works of their own hands (Jeremiah 1:15,16). This angel declared himself to be a God, to desire worship like The Son of GOD, Who has Life within Himself, because He is Eternal Life. But all, who believed in the lies of Satan, he led them to follow him, to turn in rebellion against GOD and HIS Word of Truth, Who is The Light and Eternal Life to all, who would receive Him. Therefore he, who was created by The Word of GOD, to give glory to GOD by keeping GOD S Covenant Word of Life, to be a channel in representing GOD S Word of Life to all, who would receive Him; he-- Lucifer dishonored GOD and HIS Word of Light and Life by breaking GOD S Covenant Word of Life, to declare himself to be a God, who had Life within himself, to be self-existant like The Father and HIS Son. By declaring himself to be a God--Self Existing, and spreading this lie, Lucifer brought darkness and death to all, who would believe and accept his lies, to follow him in rebellion against GOD, by rejecting HIS Covenant Word of Light and Life by Whom GOD gives HIS Gift of Life to all, who obey HIM by HIS Word.

Using the name Israel, which means God prevails, Jacob, who deceived his father, to receive the birthright of his brother, he as a prince had power with God and with men, and had prevailed, according to (Genesis 32:28). But the name Israel also reveals the character of Lucifer, who was a prince with GOD, and was created to give glory to GOD by keeping HIS Covenant Word of Life with GOD. Looking by faith through the character of the name Israel, we see glimpses of him, who was holiness unto The LORD, in serving and ministering HIS Word of Life in HIS Sanctuary above. The LORD said by HIS Word unto him, saying, If thou wilt return, O Israel, saith the LORD, return unto me: and if thou wilt put away thine abominations out of my sight, then shalt thou not remove" (Jeremiah 4:1).

When GOD spoke by HIS Word to Lucifer, and revealed to him that he had defiled his sanctuaries by the multitude of his iniquities, he was given a chance to repent of his lies, by declaring to those, who believed on him, that he,...shalt swear, The LORD liveth, in truth, in judgment, and in righteousness; and the nations shall bless themselves in him, and in him shall they glory" (Jeremiah 4:2). But The LORD said, My bowels, my bowels! I am pained at my very heart; my heart maketh a noise in me; I cannot hold my peace, because thou hast heard, O my soul, the sound of the trumpet, the alarm of war. Destruction upon destruction is cried; for the whole land is spoiled: suddenly are my tents spoiled, [and] my curtains in a moment. How long shall I see the standard, [and] hear the sound of the trumpet? (Jeremiah 4:19-21)

Because Lucifer did not swear that The LORD lives, in Truth, in Judgment, and in Righteousness and that the nations shall bless themselves in HIM, and in HIM shall they glory, The Heart of The LORD was in pain because there was the sound of the alarm of war. The LORD said by HIS Word that,...my people [is] foolish, they have not known ME; they [are] sottish children, and they have none understanding: they [are] wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge. I beheld the earth, and, lo, [it was] without form, and void; and the heavens, and they [had] no light" (Jeremiah 4:22-23). And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven (Revelation 12:7, 8).

In part 1 of this study, it was revealed that GOD by HIS Word created all things. It is written of The Son of GOD that He "...is The Image of The INVISIBLE GOD, The Firstborn of every creature: For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether [they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him: And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist" (Colossians 1:15-17). The Father of lights gave of HIS OWN will The Perfect Gift of HIS Son- -HIS Word of Light and Life, to begat all things by The Word of Truth, Who is The Image of The Invisible GOD, The Firstborn of every creature. It was among the waters of these created beings that Satan was spreading his darkness that leads to death, by him leading them to rebel against GOD, to keep not HIS Covenant Word of Life. It is said, "Few give thought to the suffering that sin has caused our Creator. All heaven suffered in Christ's agony; but that suffering did not begin or end with His manifestation in humanity. The cross is a revelation to our dull senses of the pain that, from its very inception, sin has brought to the heart of God." (Education, Page 263)

The issue that enabled Lucifer to spread his lies of darkness upon the face of the waters was as a result of him not representing The Light of GOD'S Word of Truth to the nations that they might bless themselves in GOD by HIS Word. The lies of Satan were being used to make him more acceptable, as a God than The Son of GOD, Whom The Father elevated above the angels and commanded that all should worship Him, Who is The Express Glory of The Father. As there was darkness upon the face of the deep, and The Spirit of GOD moved upon the face of the waters, and GOD said, Let there be Light, and there was Light; HE--GOD was not creating Light, because HE and HIS Word--HIS Son is Light. As a result of Satan's misrepresentation, to darken the minds of the inhabitants of heaven to The Truth of GOD and HIS Son; GOD, WHO is revealed by HIS Son in every Way; HE was saying by HIS Word of Truth, Let The Truth be made known in opposition to the spread of the adversary's deception. It was The Truth of GOD being revealed, and being moved, not by hovering above the waters, but from heart to heart by The Word of Life, Who shined The Light of HIS Glory from His Heart, to the hearts of the angels, who were in darkness to The Truth of GOD and The Son. This was the war that took place in heaven.

To reveal The Truth to the heavens by object lessions, it was later made known by the gospel of Christ that, it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath showed [it] unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse (Romans 1:16-20). Even though GOD by HIS Word made the earth about six thousands years ago, and the sun and the moon were made to reign over the day and night respectively, we still had an age in this earth's history that was called The Dark Ages. This age was not given that name, because of any connection to the sun, or the moon. It was not because the light of the sun was not shining, or that the moon was not reflecting its' light at night that the time in history was called The Dark Ages.

No. Although the sun and the moon did give their light to the world, The Dark Ages was so named, because The Church of Rome, which reigned over the people; she misrepresented The Truth of GOD, as HE is revealed to men in HIS Word. The clergy suppressed The Truth, which led to misrepresentation of The Truth in The Scriptures. This led to The Protestant Reformation Movement, which was the spread of The Spirit of The Word of Truth, being revealed, as The Light of GOD S Word moved from one heart to the next, as GOD worked by The Spirit of HIS Word through men. The same spirit that ruled the hearts of the Roman emperors, who throughout the ages saw themselves as gods, to be worshiped as god, this same spirit that was in the prince of Tyrus, and through whom the character of Satan was revealed, his spirit spread from ruler to ruler, and was transferred to the head of the Roman church, which was also run by the power of the state. In Paul s day, when he traveled from place to place spreading The Light of GOD S Word of Truth, he made it clear that,...the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord [is], there [is] liberty (2 Corinthians 3:17).

And as the adversary worked in heaven to darken the minds of the inhabitants to The Truth of GOD S Word, he has been hard at work in deceiving the whole world to The Truth of GOD and HIS Son, Who now has two natures, to save all, who would receive Him, to be redeemed from the power of darkness and death. Having received The Spirit of Christ, to represent GOD S Word of Truth, Paul said, "Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not; But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God. But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to [give] the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us" (2 Corinthians 4:1-7).

In the fullness of time, in speaking to Nicodemus, "Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but Jesus Christ GOD canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit" (John 3:5-8). And in speaking to the Pharisees, "Jesus answered and said unto them, Though I bear record of myself, [yet] my record is true: for I know whence I came, and whither I go; but ye cannot tell whence I come, and whither I go" (John 8:14). Jesus bears Witness of Himself and The Father, WHO sent Him, and bears WITNESS of HIS Word, Who also became flesh.
