Prophetic Words Given By Johnny and Elizabeth Enlow in Nigeria Johnny and Elizabeth Enlow recently visited Nigeria from July 13 to July 27, 2016. They were primarily guests of Apostle Victor Uchegbulam of Pastors/Ministers Prayer Network International (PMPNI). They ministered across several platforms including a meeting held on Sunday, July 24 th at Four Points by Sheraton hosted by Emmanuel Dania and Udobong Nita in collaboration with the AiMP Network. Johnny Enlow is the author of several books amongst which are The Seven Mountain Prophecy and The Seven Mountain Mantle which focus on the transformation of the seven mountains of society - Government, Economy, Family, Media, Religion, Arts and Celebration; and Education. Johnny is married to Elizabeth and both are passionate social reformers who carry an important message, which we consider relevant to the Nigeria project. Our Role in the Prophetic In this month s Newsletter, we want to share the prophetic message from Johnny and Elizabeth Enlow spoken over Nigeria during their recent visit. We hope the words and messages below inspire you to action and give you strengthened hope and stronger belief for societal transformation in Nigeria. Part of our responsibility is to steward these prophetic words as well as other words spoken over our nation over the years and ensure that we play our in part in seeing that these words come to pass. This is why Paul wrote to Timothy to war with the prophetic words spoken over his life and destiny. Johnny implies and scripture agrees that a true prophetic word could be delayed or even eventually fail to come to pass as God originally intended, if we fail to use them as weapons of warfare. You and I have a part to play. 1 Timothy 1:18 Timothy's Responsibility 18 Timothy, my son, here are my instructions for you, based on the prophetic words spoken about you earlier. May they help you fight well in the Lord's battles. (NLT) Below is the prophetic message they shared across several platforms during their visit to Nigeria. 1 P a g e
Understanding the Prophetic BY JOHNNY ENLOW The purpose for me putting together the prophetic words is to establish proper accountability for what I shared. First of all, let me acknowledge as the Apostle Paul did in 1 Corinthians 13, that we (I) see in part and prophesy in part. This is the new prophetic standard for the New Testament and it replaced the demand for 100% accuracy that was more or less the standard of the Old Testament (I say more or less because even God Himself prophesied to Moses that he and all the children of Israel would be taken into the Promised Land yet none of them did save Joshua and Caleb. God is not a false prophet but His true prophetic words over them were pushed back a generation because of their unbelief. If unbelief can slow down God s correct prophetic words, then we have to assume that it can do the same today). In the Old Testament, believers were not encouraged to test prophecy the way they were in the New Testament. This is because, no one had the ability to have received Jesus in their hearts or to have the Holy Spirit within them to assist with discernment. Those are part of the New Testament realities that changed the need for flawless prophesying. I have been prophesying for over two decades and my own history is that I have seen most of my words come to pass. Some very quickly, some after some time, some in different ways than we thought they would. Some have not yet come to pass and that is either because I saw in part and it was wrong - or perhaps it is yet on the way. Jeremiah s true prophecies delayed so long (40 years) that he was considered a false prophet. God told Abraham he would have many children and yet for 25 years he had none- yet it was a true prophetic word. I say all of this, because I want to be accountable with what I prophesy but I also want us to be aware of the facts that unbelief can sometimes (but other times not) hinder the prophetic and timing is always the hardest part to pinpoint. What I have seen around the nations is that where words are received and welcomed and believed - they seem to kick in faster. This is something I recommend with what I share below. Prophetic Words 1. Angel of Economy in Lagos: I was shown that a great angel of Economy was being sent to Nigeria. This word was independently confirmed by another prophet who sent me a word while I 2 P a g e
was in Nigeria, saying the Lord showed him that a great angel of Economy was being sent when I was arriving. It was only after having been informed about Nigeria s economic woes that I realized that this was a serious need at this time. This great angel will work with key servants of God to bring about mercy assistance from heaven for the economic outlook of Nigeria. I was shown that Nigeria actually has a powerful call on the Mountain of Economy to be a nation of resources that not only is healthy on its own, but also to be a nation that will be key to the process of eliminating poverty in Africa 2. New Mineral Resources (Gold, Zinc, Some Silver, Diamonds, etc.): I was shown that part of God s economic rescue package for Nigeria involved the discovery and stewardship of new mineral resources. I heard Nigeria is loaded with treasure and I also heard the baboons are guarding treasures and as the world hears about them, it will have many positive effects for the Nigerian economy, including strengthening the naira. 3. New Ethical Laws Regarding Mineral Discoveries: This is perhaps more of a word of wisdom, but I will declare prophetically that Nigeria will have new agreements written up that will create win-win-win scenarios. Written into the agreements will be a percentage of profit that must come to the local population associated with where the treasure is discovered. Perhaps, draw up a mile radius of shared blessing; or if not, the closest city to the place of discovery. This would cause the local population to always rejoice when new treasures are discovered. This is God s ideal that people would rejoice when treasure is discovered. Furthermore, in the contract would be the standard of the highest level of environmental care that exists on the planet. There will be plenty of treasure for investors, for the nation and for the local region. Someone anointed needs to come forward and write up this contract/law before the treasures get discovered. I think this person(s) was or were in at least some of our meetings in Nigeria. This contract/law will then be used as a model through Africa, which is also loaded with treasures yet to be discovered. Some of them God will not allow to be discovered until this new way of doing mining business is written into law. 3 P a g e
4. 20% Jump of the Naira Against the Dollar: I realize the naira is in a freefall against the dollar, having lost more than 40% value. I felt like the Lord said there would be a sudden, almost overnight, 20% surge of the Naira that had no real explanation, other than that this was a sign that the angel of Economy was active and exerting a lot of influence. In essence, I see the naira getting back to the 270 280 mark, even before new treasures discoveries and other adjustments are made. May this happen supernaturally very soon. 5. A Bright Light that Blinds Witchdoctors: I saw a bright light flash in the spirit realm that would do to witch doctors what it did to Saul on his way to Damascus. He was blinded by the light and as he came to the true Light, his vision returned and he became the Apostle Paul. I felt that the Lord said there were 100 witchdoctors or those so heavily into the occult (they are equivalent to witch doctors), that would experience this blinding flash. Many of them would repent, come to the Lord and then, be significant leaders for the cause of Christ. They would be blinded until they saw the true Light. In essence, it would be mercy blinding. Isaw that some of these witch doctors were operating as pastors of churches as they had decided this is where they have the most influence and money. Be prepared to tell them that mercy from God is only a prayer of repentance away. This bright light was going to be strongest within 50 miles of Lagos- but it would also be throughout the nation. 6. Angel of Transformation in Abuja: As we were flying into Abuja, I saw that a great angel of transformation was being sent into Abuja. I believe that many who have been contending for national transformation, reform, 7 mountain advances, will find themselves with much help as this angel begins to exert new authority. There will be unusual unity and strategic cooperation that will be facilitated by this great angel. He and the great economy angel will be working hand in hand and they have multitudes of angels under their authority as well. 7. God wants to be Kind to Nigeria This was a specific word God spoke over and over to me while in Nigeria. Yes, there is much sin and corruption and idolatry in Nigeria and it must stop. But God will initiate an operation of kindness to begin to win back those that are 4 P a g e
enslaved to wickedness. He will begin working with a handful of His children to push back darkness. His economic help will precede them having enough righteousness to earn it. He is sending great angels to begin to win the nation to Himself. There is a huge army in Nigeria who call themselves children of God (70+ million believers) and He will be working to get them in tune with His heart and His narrative for that country. It is now time to cross over from Breakout Revival to Breakthrough Reformation. Yes, let the atmosphere still be one of Revival, but the present assignment is Reformation. In fact, connecting to the right assignment will increase the atmosphere of Revival. Other Words of Wisdom More than a prophetic word, I was shown that Nigeria has many treasures/economic opportunities already in place. Besidesall the mineral resources and abundance, there are existing practices that hurt economic potential. I saw a vision of Nigeria s economic arteries and many of them were clogged or twisted. I saw that if someone would just identify the clog or the twist it could change economic results dramatically. Someone could simplify visa processes and it result in many more visits to the nation. Similarly, there are ordinances and red tape that are unnecessarily slowing down business at many turns. This is of course for people of authority in business and government to address. I believe that women and the next generation carry a huge part to play in the future transformation of Nigeria. Churches need to make sure they are not so honouring of the status quo that no progressive reform takes place. A religious spirit will reduce the influence women are supposed to have and when that happens, we all lose. I believe as well that the Lord has wired the next generation with an appetite for change and reform and a faith to believe it can happen quickly. This must be connected to as a part of the transformational work of God in Nigeria. God bless you! John Enelamah Executive Director 5 P a g e
