Women of Purpose the women's ministry of The House of Judah headed and founded by Evangelist Tiffany Brown held its first women's fellowship on April 7, 2012. Women of Purpose will continue to host a monthly women's fellowship that is open to women of all races, ages, and denominations. The mission of Women of Purpose is to offer a supportive environment where the Word of God is taught with practical life application whereby women are em- God given purpose. The foundation scripture for the ministry is For I know the plans I have for you saith the Lord plans to prosper you and not to harm you to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. OUTREACH God is moving tremendously and doing a great work in the ministry of The House of Judah located in Birmingham, Alabama. The House of Judah is called to be a church "touching lives without boundaries". The love of God is being displayed and spread throughout the Birmingham Metropolitan Area through outreach ministry. Through the leading of the Holy Spirit, The House of Judah has become Kingdom Partners and has began serving with two outreach ministries in the Birmingham Area which are: The Lovelady Center and Community Kitchens. The Lovelady Center, a Christ -centered transitional housing center that assists women in overcoming homelessness, drug abuse, and other social issues. Through.the preached Word of God, ministry of dance, and song many women have received deliverance and restoration. The Community Kitchen, a community based kitchen that serves the poor and the needy with a lunch meal 365 days a year. The entire church body enjoyed a wonderful time of fellowship as they prepared and served the needy in the community during their first Sunday outreach service. We are looking forward to more opportunities to demonstrate the Good News of the Kingdom by ministering, restoration, salvation, and the love of Jesus Christ to people in the Birmingham Community. The School of The Five Fold Ministry Training Center We are graciously anticipating the upcoming graduation of RFTWM School of The Five Fold Ministry in September 2012. Page 4 Bishop s Corner Greetings Kingdom Family. Glory to our God for the life he has given unto us. Life in abundance of joy, peace, kindness, patience, love, and much more. What He has blessed us with is immeasurable and as He continues to manifest Himself to us we shall behold even more of His unsearchable Glory! Therefore, I want to encourage the RFTWM family to continue to walk in the Spirit. Because God has purposed for us to live in victory, He has prepared a way for us to do so through His Spirit. Through the power of the Holy Spirit God has equipped us to do and be all that He has ordained and saved us to be. We must lean and trust the Spirit of God to empower us to carry out God s will in our lives. All the power, desire, and ability you need to do whatever God has called you to do is residing within in you. The power of the Holy Spirit was not just intended for the disciples in the book of Acts. If ever there was a time when the power of the Holy Spirit is needed it is now! Because the Holy Spirit is such a precious gift from God, chose not to ignore Him, but rather choose to access His unlimited strength. Choose to rely on Him and follow His lead in every way. When He speaks listen, heed His voice and trust Him. I encourage you to surrender to His lead and the fullness of who He is in your life. Let His leading be natural in your life, let it be the only way you know you can survive and be determined that without His leading you will not go. In order to live up to your full Kingdom potiential this is a must that you walk in the Spirit. In order to not give power to the already defeated enemy satan it is a must that you walk in the Spirit. To live Holy and not by the will of the flesh it is a must to walk in the Spirit. Therefore, I encourage you to continue to learn His voice, and follow Him that you will continue to live life in abundance, joy, peace, kindness, patience, love and everything that the Spirit of God brings. Unconditional Love to You Bishop Gibson Editor s Request Pastors please email all birthday and Family additions announcements to Jillian Gibson at the email below Thank You If you have news that you would like to add to the RFTWM Newsletter contact us by sending your news and information to: Start your day with breakfast. Breakfast fills your "empty tank" to get you going after a long night without food. And it can help you do better in school. Easy to prepare breakfasts include cold cereal with fruit and lowfat milk, whole-wheat toast with peanut butter, yogurt with fruit, wholegrain waffles or even last night's pizza! Balance your food choices - don't eat too much of any one thing. You don't have to give up foods like hamburgers, french fries and ice cream to eat healthy. You just have to be smart about how often and how much of them you eat. Your body needs nutrients like Health and Safety Tips protein, carbohydrates, fat and many different vitamins and minerals such as vitamins C and A, iron and calcium from a variety of foods. Balancing food choices from the Food Guide Pyramid and checking out the Nutrition Facts Panel on food labels will help you get all these nutrients. Get Moving! It's easy to fit physical activities into your daily routine. Walk, bike or jog to see friends. Take a 10-minute activity break every hour while you read, do homework or watch TV. Climb stairs instead of taking an escalator or elevator. Try to do these things for a total of 30 minutes every day. For more info: http:// www.fitness.gov/10tips.htm Newsletter Staff Dr. Margaret J.
