1- Overview This user guide you how to issue a replacement for a Lost/ Damaged Registration Card. The service is performed for both individuals and companies. Getting Started For the Registration Card Replacement service, you will go through two main processes. The first process includes logging into your account and going to the service. In the second process, you will go through a three-step procedure to issue the card replacement. First Process Logging into the Service You will log into the system with your account details, and go to the Licensing services. Then, you will go to My Vehicles Services section. After that, you will select the vehicle for which you want to issue the card, and click More Actions to select the Registration Card Replacement service. Second Process Issuing a Lost / Damaged Registration Card Replacement After selecting the service, you accept the Terms & Conditions to proceed to the service. The first step is to select the replacement reason whether Lost or Damaged. Then in the second step, you select the delivery date and method whether delivered to address, or picked up from an RTA office. Then you add the delivery address and contact details. The third step is to view the total due amount summary, select the payment method, and pay. The system then displays your receipt with reference number.
Requirements to Issue Registration Card Replacement To continue with this service, you need to have : Registration Card. Copy of Establishment License. Required Plates. Electronic Mortgage Uploaded. 40 DHS for issuing the card. 20 DHS for courier delivery fees (if selected).

Agree to the Terms & Conditions and click Apply for this service. Select the reason for replacement from the drop down list, Lost or Damaged. Click on the Confirm & Proceed to Delivery Method button. 6
Replace Lost/Damaged Registration Card Step 10 Step 11 Step12 Select one of the following 2 delivery methods options: Option 1: Courier delivery to my doorstep (20 DHS per package) Enter your Delivery address details and your Delivery Contact Information details and choose your date of delivery. Click on Confirm and Proceed to Payment button to continue. Option 2: Collection from one of RTA s offices. Select an RTA office from the drop down list and enter your Contact Information details and then choose a date for collection. Click on Confirm and Proceed to Payment. button to continue. After choosing the delivery method, you will begin the payment process. Click on Pay button to continue. Note: The Payment screen changes according to the selected delivery method. Replace Lost/Damaged Registration Card Step 5.1 Step 5.2 Step 5.3 After the payment you will be redirects to My Requests tab in your dashboard with a success message that the transaction has been done successfully, and provides you with a transaction number. You may click the View Request Details if you want to review the details of your request. Click the View & Print Receipt and the request details will be displayed. It consists of two tabs. First tab is the Registration Card Replacement Details shown above. The second tab is the Interim License shown above. 8
Why Can t I proceed with the Service? End of user manual. In certain cases, you will not be able to proceed with the service. Below are these cases: If you have already submitted a request for this same service for the same vehicle. If the selected vehicle is due for renewal, you cannot proceed with the request. 9

ملكية بدل فاقد/تالف الخطوة 10 الخطوة 11 الخطوة 12 بعد اختيار طريقة التسليم و مراجعة رسوم الخدمة أنقر عىل زر ادفع. يوجد خياران لطريقة التوصيل: الطريقة األولى: التسليم عن طريق الربيد الرسيع قم بإدخال بيانات عنوان التسليم و بيانات التسليم ثم تحديد تاريخ التسليم والنقر عىل زر تأكيد و متابعة الدفع. الطريقة الثانية: االستالم من أحد مراكز الهيئة. قم باختيار مركز التسليم و إدخال بيانات االتصال ثم تحديد تاريخ التسليم والنقر عىل زر تأكيد و متابعة الدفع. جميع الحقوق محفوظة لهيئة الطرق والمواصالت 2017 15
