The and the 57th National Home & Foreign Missionary Convention presents Is At Hand NOVEMBER 16-19, 2017 ROMANS 8:19, 22-23 Host: Mt. Enoch Holy Church 28055 Rockawalkin Ridge Road Salisbury, Maryland Bishop John E. Holland, Presiding Prelate Bishop Thomas J. Martin, Bishop of Missions Evangelist Karen Burgest, President Missionary Aleta Fonville, Vice President Evangelist Edith Moore, Treasurer Elder Wayne J. MSHCA Presiding Prelate Bishop John Emanuel Holland President Greetings from Bishop John E. Holland, President, Mt. Sinai Holy Church of America, Inc., I bring you greetings in the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I am indeed happy that the Lord has seen fit to keep me here another year to be a part of the 57th National Home and Foreign Missionary Convention. I praise God for all of His blessings and most of all I praise Him for His great salvation. The word of God tells us in Matthew 28:19-20 to go and make disciples of all the nations. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. The fields are ready to harvest but the laborers are few. Do not become idle or loiter by the wayside. Go! The Master calls for reapers and for you to labor in his harvest fields today! But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Acts 1:8 There is so much work to be done. Will you be willing to be a witness for the Lord? Are you ready to witness for the Lord? My brothers and sisters, look for every opportunity to be a witness. Blessings to all of you, Bishop John E. Holland

Bishop of Missions Bishop Thomas Martin Bishop of Missions Greetings! Praise the Lord for the 57th National Home and Foreign Missionary Convention, staff and delegates. The Word of the Lord says in Romans 8:19, For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. It s waiting in expectation for God s glory to be revealed in the lives of mankind. The church has a hugh responsibility to extend God s truth to the world today. For it is by truth that many are made free from the bondage of sin. Sin has had a negative affect on people, our universe and the way we do things, but be encouraged, Christ is the answer to the sin problem. Therefore, it s important that we share God s word to this sin-shaped world. Christ s coming is near and as we wait for the ultimate manifestation of his appearance, let s remember that His great power is yet active in our midst both locally and globally. It is my prayer that we strive collectively reach the uttermost parts of the world with the hope of eternal life (Titus 1:2) as we spread the theme of this convention, The Kingdom of God is at Hand. Sincerely, Bishop Thomas Martin

District Prelate HOST Bishop Grace R. Batten 1st Vice President, MSHCA Greetings: To the Corporate Officers, Bishop John E. Holland, Bishop Lawrence Taylor, Bishop Kenneth Coward, Bishop Thomas Martin, Jr., Presiding Elder Queen Harris, and to all of the saints of the most high God. I greet you in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Praise God from whom all blessings flow. He has given us another opportunity to assemble again for the National Home & Foreign Missionary Convention. God has smile upon Mt. Sinai Holy Church of America, Inc. and blessed her to celebrate the 57th National Missionary Convention. Pause for a moment and think on the condition of the world at large. Surely we realize that the coming of the Lord is nigh at hand. Since the coming of the Lord is at hand, what manner of person we ought to be? We need to be up and about our Lords' business. That is, making disciples and leading men, women and children to accept Jesus as their personal savior. Certainly, it is not about popularity it is all about awakening people to righteousness. Surely, the coming of the Lord is near and you can feel it in the atmosphere. It is high time to do what Mt Matthews 3:2 says And repent ye for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand. Be sure that everything is right with God. I pray that the convention will be a success and the spirit of God flows heavily in our midst. Be Blessed Bishop Grace R. Batten 1st Vice President

NH&FM CONVENTION OFFICER President Evangelist Karen Burgest Greetings to the 55th National Home & Foreign Missionary Convention To the Board of Bishops, convention officers, and saints of the Most High God, grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ. I love coming to the Missionary Convention. It is one of my favorite times of the year. I always have high expectations that a mighty move of God will take over every convention service, and this year will not be any different. I trust that all attendees will be encouraged, strengthened, and given a deeper desire to work the works of Him who sent us as labourers into His harvest. Remember, our purpose is to win the unchurched to righteousness. We have to let the world know that Jesus is the answer for the world today! With much love, Evangelist Karen Burgest

NH&FM CONVENTION OFFICER Vice-President Missionary Aleta Fonville To Bishop J. Emanuel Holland and the officers of this great church, to Bishop Martin and the officers of this convention, and to all the convention delegates - to God be the glory for the great things He has done. I am very blessed to serve as the Vice President of this, the 57th Home and Foreign National Missionary Convention. And, I am very excited to be given Friday because I absolutely LOVE family! My family is so awesome. Once, my father told the congregation at Mt. Zion that those who don't like loud noise should stay away from the Fonville's house when food is involved. He is right - the grandkids take loud to a whole new level! Still, food and family is such a wonderful combination. It is my prayer that I bring this concept to the convention. Let's have family reunion at church. For the years that I am Vice President, you are invited to literally bring your family members to Friday Night service and all the seminars during the day. Together, we will celebrate an institution that God established from the very beginning of time. We will feast on spiritual food. My goal is to commend you to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. And, before the night is over, your family will be my family and mine yours. And the sanctified noise will be great! Love, Missionary Aleta Fonville

NH&FM CONVENTION OFFICER NH&FMC Recording Secretary Missionary Felicia T. Bryant NH&FM CONVENTION OFFICER NH&FMC Corresponding Secretary Missionary Vernestine McLeod Missionary Felicia Bryant is the wife of Elder James Bryant and the mother of two beautiful daughters, Madison & Johaana Bryant. She is a member of Mt. Sinai Christian Assembly in Jacksonville, Florida where Elder Minerva Bryant is her Pastor. At her local church, she serves on the Intercessory Prayer team, the Finance Committee, the praise & worship team, and as a Sunday School teacher. This is her first year serving as the Recording Secretary for the National Home & Foreign Missionary convention. Formerly, she served two terms as the Treasury of the Federation of the Deep South. Felicia seeks any opportunity to serve the members of her church, family, co- workers, friends, and her community by sharing financial insight & expertise, leading coupon seminars/sessions, raising funds & donating food to a local shelter (via employer CIT Bank). She has obtained her Master's degree in Accounting from DeVry University and is currently serving as one of the Assistant Vice President's for CIT Bank. Praise God from whom all Blessings Flow!!! Blessings and Greetings to the delegates of the 57th National Home and Foreign Missionary Convention. I am very appreciative and grateful for the opportunity to serve as the Corresponding Secretary of this great convention. My prayer is that we go into the hedges and byways compelling men and women to seek the face of our beloved Savior Jesus Christ. Our past has been good but we must walk boldly by faith into the future making preparation for the coming Savior for the Kingdom of God is at Hand. Let us work while it is day for when night comes no man can work. (John 9:4) Sincerely, Verne McLeod, Corresponding Secretary

NH&FM CONVENTION OFFICER Treasurer Evangelist Edith Moore Grace and Peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Greetings to our Presiding Prelate, Bishop J. Emanuel Holland, Bishop Grace R. Batten, 1st Vice President, Bishop Lawrence L. Taylor, 2nd Vice President, Bishop Kenneth R. Coward, Corporate Secretary, Bishop Thomas J. Martin, Jr. Bishop of Missions, and to all of the Delegates who have travelled from far and near: Welcome to the 57th National Home and Foreign Missionary Convention. I am grateful that God has afforded me the opportunity to serve our great church as the treasurer of this convention. It is my prayer that when you leave this convention, you will be more determined to share the good news of Jesus Christ and His redeeming power remembering that The Kingdom of God is at Hand. We should keep our eyes looking for our soon coming King. And unto them that look for Him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. (Eph 9:28b) Servant of the Lord, Evangelist Edith Moore Treasurer
